Premier Car Wash and Detail Center

I used to love this car wash. It’s been my go to for years. However, it’s been going downhill for a little while now. Today finally ended my patience though. I payed for the Premier exterior wash. However, as my car went down the track, they didn’t spray the Rain-​X. I don’t know if this was due to them not putting it into the system on accident or intentionally, but the nozzles never triggered.
In addition, when I pulled out of the lot after they finished drying it, I noticed that the windows and especially the mirrors were just as dirty as before the wash. They spent a good deal of time wiping down the doors and rear bumper, but didn’t touch the mirrors in the slightest.
I really loved coming here for washes and getting my car waxed, but I’ll be looking around for a new car wash to take my business to.

I’ve been going to this car wash for at least 7 years. However, the past year and half the quality of service has been going down. I just had my final car wash from this business. After the car wash I found cookie crumbs still in the seats, doors not wiped (fingerprints), stain on rear seat not cleaned, etc. When I confronted the manager/​owner I was offered a free car wash for a later time. however, if this wasn’t a recurring issue I wouldn’t mind. Not to mention I was told they won’t wipe seats or the interior doors. Which makes me wonder what did I spend $ 20 for then. I won’t be going back.

I want to thank this place for reminding me that I am capable of cleaning my own car.
I paid for a full service car wash $ 14.95 plus tip. (Wish I had inspected the car first)
I’m not sure if I’m more ticked off about the dead bugs still on my windshield or the crumbs /​gravel still on my floor matts and or around the drivers console, but I know that they should not be there after my car has been properly washed and vacuumed.
Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

My car was extra dirty because I have to park under a sap tree. I got the full works and they spent extra time getting it off for me they even washed it twice for the price of 1. I definitely recommend!

I just went to one in forest park and I liked it. I work near arlington so maybe I will try this one too! I’ve heard good things about both locations and that is why I tried the one near the city!

Man, has this place devolved. $ 22 for a dilapidated automated wash. 22 bucks and they didn’t even open the hatch to vacuum it.

This place is a ripoff. I went there with a little bird crap on my window and some lint on the drivers seat. I got the full service wash for $ 16. I left with still some of the bird crap on my windshield and lint on the drivers seat. Now I can understand if it was really busy and they were in a hurry and missed it. But there was no wait and I was the only car there. They did it really fast and weren’t thorough at all. Not to mention there were 4 or 5 workers sitting on the side of the building doing nothing. I also know people who paid for the detailing and they missed a lot with that too.

This place scratched and dented my car and tool no responsibility. I pulled up no dent scratch come out of machine has dent and scratch. They state company policy is unless all cars have damage not their problem. Stay away

I have always seen this car wash driving by and wanted to give it a try. I got the $ 14.95 full service car wash and it is just basically the exterior wash but they vaccum the insides and wash the windows and wipe down your console and what not. For almost $ 17 with tip I expected a bit more, after i was done with the wash I still had to go and use my own mircofiber and wash down what they missed. I dont really see the difference between this wash and a gas station wash except the drying part. I wil probably just go to hand car wash place next time and pay a bit more or go to a gas station one and vaccum myself.

The manager was very friendly, but I do not think the workers did a very thorough job on the interior of my car. I had to go over and clean it again when I got home. Kind of felt like a waste of money.

I’ve had my car for more than 5 years and I’ve never had it detailed. To be totally frank, I really *should* have it cleaned (interior & exterior) much more than I do. Because let’s be real, I don’t think a fine coat of grime and beagle hair should qualify as an interior finish.
Thus, I finally broke down and did a bit o’ searching for a quality detail in Arlington Heights. I rang up Premier, scheduled my detail for the day before Thanksgiving and went about removing the cornucopia of crap that has accumulated in my ride. Here’s the only not-​so-​great part of my Premier experience:
When I arrived for my 2pm detail appointment, I was greeted by an employee who, without hesitation, said: «I’m sorry but there’s no way I can get to your detail today. There’s been a car here for a detail since 8am, and it’s still not finished.»
My reply: «Ummm…no phone call?»
Employee: «Well, I would have, but the other manager didn’t take down your phone number, so I didn’t have any number to call.»
Me (annoyed): «Ooook. How about we reschedule then?»
Said employee apologizes once more and we then move on to reschedule for 8am that Saturday morning. Good times.
So, back to the good. The $ 100 detail was done fabulously. Seriously, my car looks cleaner than it did when I drove it (new) off the lot. Every nook and cranny — inside and outside — appears shiny and new. It also smells like a bottle of Windex. The detail took 3.5 hrs on a Saturday, so be aware of the potential time lag from what it is originally quoted (2.5 hrs).
End of the day, my car looks damn good. So pretty. Thanks, Premier.

Poor car wash. Took only 5 mins and finish. My car looked the same as I came, the difference is it is only wet outside. The inside is not clean at all and to think I paid for the vacuum. Worst car wash, no customer service.

While out in the burbs, we decided we needed a car wash. I checked Unilocal and we picked out the Premier Car Wash & Detail Center. This place was so nice. We walked through the building and watched the car be washed– even got to shoot the water cannon at the car. After the wash, they even towel dried the car! For $ 10 the service and clean we got was great. I will most certainly be back!

This is a car wash, which means that I am going to curb my enthusiasm a little here. They did exactly what we needed them to do: clean the car. They were friendly and quick. In particular, the man at their register was funny and warm without being intense in a bad way.
Also, because this is right before the highway, this will be an easy stop in the future. I would feel comfortable taking the car here for the full detail service. Very traditional car wash with no disappointments.

They had a $ 100 special for interior and exterior detailing.
I am VERY pleased with this place. They took away tree sap that was on my car for years and cleaned every crevice inside my car! I would definitely go to this place for detailing (ESPECIALLY INTERIOR, IM STILL AMAZED AT THE RESULTS!)
They’ll definitely see me again if my little Corolla needs some TLC.

Let me say I had a $ 10 Groupon for «The Works» package. It took less than 10 mins and I thought it came out pretty nice for what I paid. I might have been more happy with the interior cleaning than the exterior. But regardless, my baby was in much need of it all! Would I pay the full price for the deal, probably not but if another Groupon deal were available… maybe.

They do a premier job imo and all washes come w. a very detailed towel dry. At 6 $ there are cheaper places but you get what you pay for… well, unless you’re talking the new car wash on Fullerton and the Kennedy Exp, where you can get an excellent exterior wash for half that.

Best Car Wash in the area. Car comes out extremely clean and they do a good job on the Towel Dry.
The owner and workers are real friendly. I go out of my way to stop here.

Great experience with a car wash. The owner is truly a «nice guy» who seems interested in keeping the customer happy. Reasonable prices for a nice car wash with towel dry ($ 6). I’ll definitely return.
