Persin and Robbin is, hands down, one of the best jewelry stores my husband and I have stepped foot into!
Our first experience there was when I needed a new battery for my fancy watch. I walked in, and was immediately welcomed by Brad, one of the owners. He politely asked me what brought me into the store, and I told him I needed a new watch battery. He took me over to the other side of the store, where his watch maker was, introduced us, and my watch was then taken into the back for a battery change. While waiting, I admired all of the beautiful jewelry in the store. One of Brad’s staff member (I forgot her name) made small talk with me and took interest in the type of jewelry I liked, which I thought was cool. She showed me some beautiful pieces and gave me the option to try it on. It was just nice to see that everyone took interest in me, knowing that I was in there for a simple and inexpensive battery change.
Our second experience was when we had some jewelry passed down to us from a deceased family member. We were curious as to what it was worth, so we made an appointment with Brad to sit down with him and discuss. Again, super professional and friendly. Took us into a private office and inspected every piece of jewelry we had. At the end of it all, he was completely honest with us in regards to what was «junk» and what was worth money.
Our third experience with Persin and Robbin was when I wanted to surprise my husband with a new wedding band. When I walked in, Brad immediately remembered who I was, which was nice. That made me feel good that he remembered who I was — with all of his customers he gets in and out of his store on a daily basis. I told Brad what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. He had one of his staff members work with me on picking something out. She was super professional, helpful, and friendly. I walked out of there with a great ring, and the hubby was extremely happy with my purchase.
If you’re looking for a beautiful pair of earrings, an engagement ring, wedding band, necklace, watch, or even a Rolex, Persin and Robbin is the place to go… the owner is wonderful and so is his staff. With such a wide and gorgeous selection of jewelry, you won’t be disappointed!

It was a flawless experience shopping at Persin and Robbin. They are so knowledge about their products and made the entire experience easy. They are super friendly and offered GREAT service. I will most defiantly return to them because of the great and friendly service they provide.

I personally had a great experience with this company, I recently purchased a new Rolex and they were very knowledgeable about there products and took the time to make sure I knew how the watch works. Everyone was easy going and I never felt like they made me feel like I was just «window shopping» I will defiantly be back to purchase another watch.

My go to Rolex Authorized Dealer. Brian, the watchmaker, is fantastic. No need to go all the way to the city, when you have a 5 star Rolex Dealer right here in the burbs.

I had been looking for a wedding set for my engagement diamond for about four years. I went into their store because another store in the area was busy that day. It is true, they have a huge selection of rings and have lighting in the store that makes them all look sparkly and beautiful. I was in heaven when I thought I had found the perfect ring after looking for a number of years! They sized me, took my money and said they would place an order with the company that had the ring molds. When I got my ring, it was as expected and I was very pleased. However, after wearing it in regular light for several days, I noticed it was lopsided. One side of the engagement band was skinnier than the other. I took it back and looked at the original to compare. The original was the same! Lopsided! The lights were still bright in the store but now that I knew I could see it right away. Instead of honoring their partnership pledge and contacting their mold company, they said nothing is perfect and sent me away! As I left I said that I would try not to look at it too closely. They laughed! Really??? $ 2700.00 or more later I am in shock and Brocken hearted. Never ever will I shop here again. So disappointed.

I have been buying watches and «horse trading» for many years now and Im on my fifth purchase through the store. I have been in and out of so many stores its crazy, this store is by a big margin number one Brad, Robin and there tech Brian are all amazing!!! (and other staff members I don’t know the names of) I followed Robin from her previous employer to here and have bought easy 15 watches from her and many to come.

I’ve been to Michigan Avenue and Jewelers Row. Nothing compared to the outstanding service I received at Persin and Robbin, a local jeweler in the NW suburbs. Hands down I had the best buying experience ever. And when you’re dealing with a brand like Rolex, you really want to be sure you purchasing from the very best. Brad Robin personally took care of me and bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and answered all of my questions. I absolutely LOVE my new timepiece. They definitely have another a lifetime customer. Thank you!

I had been looking for a Victorinox Swiss Army Dive Master Mecha watch for some time, and had been looking on Amazon for a good deal. Sure good deals can be had on Amazon, but the manufacturer’s warranty is not valid. Amazon warranties the watches they sell with their own two year (vs. three years from Victorinox) warranty. How can you guarantee you’ll get it serviced properly with the right parts? You can’t.
I decided to casually email Persin and Robbin Jewelers to see if they had the watch in stock, and later that evening Brad e-​mailed me back. He was very helpful. After speaking with him over the phone, I decided to stop in their shop. Brad was very helpful, and I decided on the spot to place an order for the watch through their store. The price was a bit more, but in the end, I am dealing with an local Authorized Dealer not too far from where I live and my 3 year warranty is valid. Two weeks later, I received a call that it arrived. It came new in the box, and their staff quickly had it sized to my liking.
Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism of their store and staff. I am definitely looking forward to being a customer with them again!
