It is nice to know there are still HONEST business men that will not take advantage of you when your in a bad situation. To make it short and sweet, Tim saved the day and got us going with all of our water issue’s.
Instead of having to look at a possable bill for $ 15,000.00 Tim was able to fix our issue for $ 1,500.00. I am not kidding, Tim really is a one of a kind business man. If anyone ever needs a plumber I can’t stress enough to call him first.

Know Howe Home Services saved the day! I had busted a water pipe in my laundry room. I had to shut my main water off during the 25 below stint here in Chicago. Called them, gave me a call back within the hour, and was at my house 20 minutes later! Came in found the leak in no time. Tim the owner offered me tips to prevent this from happening again and explained why my laundry room was built incorrectly, and then fixed that problem too! Best part was that Tim Had ALL THE PARTS in his truck, and had it fixed and working in a few hours! This is no ordinary Handy Man. He is a master plumber with experience in all other parts of Home Repair /​Improvement. Did mention hes one of the nicest people as well? Oh and I almost forgot… he charged HALF the price of the other «Plumber» quotes!!! If you want it done right (and affordable) call Know Howe!

Tim and company remodeled our kitchen, family room and powder room. They did an excellent job. Very easy to work with, very knowledgeable about many aspects of plumbing and construction, always cleaned up after working and timely with completion. Thorough in estimating the cost of the project and could pay in increments after completion.
