No return phone call. His website invites you to text him, which is convenient, so I did. He was rather uninterested apparently because I had to ask if he wanted to come look at our remodeling project. I asked if he was uninterested in the job, which he responded no. With that said, no call no text! No business from me and you should think twice before hiring someone so unprofessional and clearly unreliable.

Really disappointed!
Given the good reviews, was expecting a professional experience. After Keith’s first no-​show, I called him giving him the benefit of the doubt. He rescheduled for the next day. 15 minutes before appointment, he called to say he was running an hour late. After waiting well over that hour, it was obvious he had pulled another no-​show. Really unprofessional :(
