Always delicious… always amazing! We have been going here for 24 years and can’t think of better pizza anywhere!

Fabulous pizza, especially the deep dish. They’re always super nice when we pick up a pizza, and the delivery drivers are great, very friendly and upbeat.

Yum yum yummy! I’ve never had anything but great food and pleasant service. If you have to wait… it’s worth it.

Not bad but not the best. I order from somewhere else now.

Best thin crust in the NW suburbs. Must ask for pepperoni on the top. Other than that order and enjoy.

The best pizza in Arlington Heights I’ve been eating here for the last 15 years always on point.

Simply the best. The pizza is delicious in any style. A must if you are near Arlington Heights.

The pizza is generally good to great — we’re definitely fans. Where they loose a star is in service — they’re frequently late in delivery or leave you waiting when you come in to pick up an order. Most recently, I got there 5 minutes after they’d told me it’d be done (55 minutes after we ordered) and I had to wait another 35 minutes in their lobby. This was definitely the worst I’ve seen it but there was no real effort at apologizing/​no discount/​no deep sense of appreciation for any of the dozen people waiting similarly long waits.

Been eating Dondi’s since 1997 and absolutely love it. Reminds me of Roma Pizza, a neighborhood place in the DePaul area that closed about a year ago. Family owned and operated. They take reservations in advance, which I’ve done for parties on New Year’s Eve.

We have been looking for a go to pizza place in our area for some time. After reading the reviews, we decided to give Dondi’s a try. I have never had such a bland pizza in all of my life. Each topping tasted bland, the sauce was bland and the thin crust was nowhere near crispy. Maybe they had an off night, but i won’t be going back for a second try. Still on the hunt for our pizza joint.

New to the AH area so decided to try this based on the reviews. The pizza is very good, the cheese and sauce are strong. Maybe a little pricey but I guess that is just Arlington. Definitely going to be back here.

I absolutely love this place. There pizza is DELICIOUS! They have the best Eggplant parm, the staff is extremely friendly. My Family loves it, and we will continue to go there!

They have the best beef sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I’ve tried Al’s, Jonny’s, Portillos, etc and Dondi’s is by far the best. I love this place.

I moved from the Arlington Heights area 15 years ago, our delivery driver was very unhappy when saw the For Sale sign that’s how much we loved their pizza. I missed it and still talk about them. I got to enjoy some pizza done right for the 1^st time in 10 years since moving out of the state. Did not disappoint a 15 year craving

Best Pizza in Arlington Heights/​Mount Prospect! Have ordered for years, thin or stuffed always taste Great!!!

OMG! We ordered an18″ double dough special. This was enough pizza to feed four adults, and left overs for a few days for 2. We don’t get on this side of town too often, but I think we’re going to make it our Friday night take out joint. The flavors were as good as others on the north side. But there’s something special that I can’t explain. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
For those who rated at one star, there’s always that possibility your order got mixed up, or misplaced, these are human beings taking hundreds of phone orders. For those who complain the delivery took to long, next time hop in your car and pick it up. I see more 4and5 star ratings than the 1 – 2 single star ratings, Dondi’s must be doing something right!

The best in the burbs! Pizza is great and the wings are awesome. Salads are really good and the spaghetti is amazing. My family has been going here forever and we even get recognized by phone order– really great pizza place with consistently yummy pizza :)

I had not had their pizza in years and my boyfriend suggested we try it a couple of weeks ago so we picked up one on our way home from work recently. It was really good! Their crust was perfect and they cooked it just the way we requested. I recommend that if you haven’t given these guys a try, please do. Everything was as they promised!

Well I know they tell that to everyone probably, but ask and you shall receive.
Dondi’s is awesome and is, hands down, my favorite pizza in town… and the world. On my old phone when speed dial was a thing, they were #5, now they are under ‘D’ (for Dondi’s) and I call and am in pizza heaven in about 45 total minutes. It’s very routine when I call and often do so while I’m out and about to swing by to pick up the pizza on my way home. I’m able to do this because they are very consistent, and I can rely on an accurate time frame.
We’re a very simple family when it comes to toppings; relying on the phrase «if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it». We get an 18″ cheese and sausage pizza for pick up. Cut and dry, plain and simple, black and white, cheese and sausage.
As far as service is concerned, I’m satisfied. When Mr. and Mrs. are in, they are always pleasant and friendly even though it seems to be 100 degrees in the kitchen and pizzas are flying around everywhere. Everyone else I have dealt with has been also very easy going, friendly, and I guess for lack of a better adjective, cool. I’ve been to carry out pizza places where it seems the employees are just angry to be alive, let alone serving other people food.
I can’t say I’ll never try other menu items, however I feel it would be almost sacrilegious to not get a pizza (to reiterate: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it). I guess if someone else ordered, pay for, and deliver the food, then tell me AFTER that it was from Dondi’s then I wouldn’t feel bad.
Dondi’s literally is «Woohoo! As good as it gets!»
