I bought a groupon for microderm abrasion. When considering the purchase, I assked if they had any hours outside of the M-​F 9 – 5. They told me they would be open one Saturday a month. I scheduled one for a Saturday and was taking off work for the other appointments. Theyc alled me a week before the Saturday to cancel and told me that they could cancel any appointment they want based on the doctor’s schedule. The tone and attitude of the person calling was very rude and arrogant. I asked for my groupon money back do to their inability to provide the service. It seemed to me that the office does not honor the schedule but changes things based on the doctor’s whims. I got the impression his primary business was surgery and every other customer was just a fill in to keep him making money and he did not care about providing them good service.

My wife recently had breast augmentation surgery done by Dr. Kotis. He did a great job alleviating our fears and answering all our questions in an initial meeting. My wife has already recommended him to a few friends! If you’re considering breast surgery, just know that we couldn’t be happier with our results!
