Horrible place, managers are rude and treat employees like scum, they mistook a guy with special needs as a «suspected burglar» and gave him so much trouble till his mom helped out, inventory is meh and its always a mess. go to target

I love shopping at ross, but today I decided I’m never going to shop at a ross again. I bought christmas presents for the family at the pacoima ross store and one of the reps left the sensor in one of my items. I lost the reciept but I went into the store thinking somehow they would find a way to help me, instead I received a nasty mean attitude from the manager/supervisor Jennifer and no help at all. I left upset and dissapointed.

I was followed around the store the whole time! I spend a lot of money and at this location I felt very uncomfortable because security followed me around the entire time as if I were stealing! Lighten up!

Don’t know how this place is still operating… I’ve never enjoyed Ross stores, and my experience today has validated it. Never have I seen such a disastrous mess labeled as a department store. The poor kid at the front door greeted me but I’m pretty sure that’s all they have to do at this place because it looked like a band of chimpanzees had crashed through the store with a circus behind them. Couldn’t even browse, I didn’t know where to start. Clothes were spread out all over the place, hanging on anything resembling a rack, shoes were scattered on the floor, and housewares and décor were crammed on every shelf like a Goodwill. Can’t believe people shop here. Don’t waste your time here and go to TJMaxx or Homegoods.

Clean and orderly. Well, that is because it is recently opened. A welcome business in the area that seems to be going though some revitalization. For a Ross, it is on the smaller side, but with plenty of parking. With time, I am sure that more varied stock will come in.

It says pet store above but im prrreeeety sure its a clothing/department store. First week, building still looks clean. Inside is nice. Was packed though. big parking lot where I smelled a couple of stoners sparkin the pot. Ill be back to pick up a couple dress shirts, probably some RL long sleeves.

A Ross is a Ross is a Ross. The best thing about this Ross is that it’s less than a half mile away from home. Also the staff, even the security guards are friendly. Everything is clean because it’s new, but they need to hire more staff to keep the shelves and racks filled. I found limited stock on clothes in my size. The electronics and bag area had more stock on the ground than on display. The shoe shelves were almost empty. I don’t blame the staff– when you locate a store in the hood, your customers will act like slobs. But still Ross, hire more people to keep up with the mess. Do that and I might give you an extra star. Even though the parking was easy when I went in the afternoon, I won’t go during peak hours. The parking was already tough with just Target and Food4Less. I will be staying out of there during the Christmas season. The area is nice and safe– thanks to the sketchy neighborhood, there’s a good police presence in this shopping center. Lots of security guards between the three main businesses.
