The cashier had a bad attitude pretty much through out the whole time we were there. Food was good. There were flies so we had to move tables. Then everything was dirty. The trash was full so we had nowhere to throw our trash. It was just bad!

A VERY dirty restaurant. Food was awful too. And the manager on shift seemed to be in a bad day, not friendly at all. I even took a picture of how full the trashcan was and no-one bothered to empty it. Flys were everywhere.

I saw a customer complaining about the order being wrong. Afterwards, the customer went to the bathroom. What I saw next shocked me beyond belief. An employee named Karina took the customer’s order and spit in it. I told the customer, he called her out and demanded a full refund. She hesitantly refunded his money. Don’t ever eat here. I’m surprised this place is still in business. I guess it’ll take a case of infectious mononucleosis to make a difference.

Karina must have a hearing problem, she also has an attitude problem. I’ve never had a problem with this location, I like it because it’s right off the freeway and in a good location. This time was bad because Karina was trying to play mind reader and wouldn’t repeat my order. Finally, when she did repeat it it was wrong and as I was correcting it she walked away. When she charged the order, it was wrong again. So she started arguing with me, I told her she didn’t listen to me correct the order because she walked away. Then to make it worse, she started acting confused.

So disappointment, this is the closest BK to my house but they are full of bad service and rude employees. I went to through the drive thru with several orders and asked her to split the check in half. KARINA, the girl on drive thru couldn’t even do that right. I asked for ketchup, as she was bagging my order. I get home half my order is missing and no ketchup. GREAT, now I’m forced to go back. I get there tell the employees about the lack of attention to my order and they all act completely clueless, like they don’t know what to do. Then drive thru girl KARINA, starts talking back to me and blamed me for ordering two separate orders… I ask for her manager, she leaves to be the back and comes back to tell me the manager«Jose» chooses not to speak to me right now but I’m welcome to call corporate. WAITWHAT? shittiest customer service ever!!! Karina will never stop flipping burgers with those petty work ethics. Ridiculous just ridiculous.

Went to this Burger King on Saturday 28, 2012 at around 9:10PM. It was not busy inside from what I saw but we wanted to do drive through. There was one car in front of us and the whole drive through process took about 20 minutes. FURIOUS since we were in a hurry! Terrible service and even terrible excuses from the employees. 1. Pull up to order, no one responding actively when we were ready to order. 2. Payment and food pick up window. The car in front of us took about 17 minutes to receive their order. From the looks of it, they didn’t care about the long wait, but WEDID! They received about 6 small shakes and a small take out bag which looks like it housed maybe a sandwich and fries at most. 3. We pull up to the window. We complain about the long wait and why it took so long. Upon further inspection, they did have an adequate amount of staff(about 5 – 6) to easily handle orders, especially since it was NOT busy. Hesitantly and low-voiced, they said the previous person had a big order of shakes. TELLMEHOWITTAKESALMOST20MINUTES!!! We were upset and the manager thankfully gave us a free large drink. BUT, fail again. We asked for a Coke and he gave us Dr. Pepper. Thank you, but its all about principle and good work ethic. Obviously the manager was not focused just as his employees. TERRIBLE. 4. We pay and drive off. Before leaving the parking lot, we notice they completely omitted an entire order from the bag. We back up and approach the drive through in person. Embarrassed again, the employees immediately throw the manager at us again. Blankly and stupid looking, he quickly gives us the order and doubles what it was suppose to be. Thank you again, but c’mon man, get your shit together. Already terrible service and we are complaining and you forget an entire order!!! This place is no good. We only came here because the drive through line at McDonalds was long. Honestly, we probably would’ve gone through the McDonalds line faster than this Burger King. 1 car in front of us, terrible service, 22 minutes total processing time — NEVERAGAINCOMINGHERE

Service was very slow, they prioritized the customers in the dinning room over the drive-thru even though I was there first. I ordered two combos and got exactly two napkins and two packets of ketchup like really???

I dont eat here as much anymore but its by choice. I will eat junk food«once in a blue moon» and since this place is very close to my work, I can say at least, that I have been coming here since it opened many years ago. Its right off the 5 fwy and its inside the Mobil gas station. It can get busy at times, but overall, they are pretty quick. I dont think they have ever messed up my order… and if they did, maybe they forgot to give me a straw for my soda. Since I never eat inside, I cant discuss if the inside is clean or not. I do know however, that there are a lot of construction/blue collar people that grab some food while they pump gas. Their burgers and fries etc. are consistently decent… with that BK taste.

I was hungry. I had a free coupon for a Whopper. I redeemed it here. The whopper was good. It hit the spot. It took them three minutes to make it. Kinda silly that it took that long. I also ordered a 99 cent spicy chicken sandwich. I almost think I liked it better than the Whopper. The end.
