Paradise Liquors

The service is always great. Any of the staff members will help you make your choices or find what you’re looking for. Prices can be better at farther away liquor stores, but Paradise is very convenient for local communities. Selection is good. Beer and wine are available at the attached gas station convenience store, but don’t forget that the Liquor side is closed on Sundays!

Depending on which way you’re traveling (I-​35W or I-​35E), Paradise may be the closest liquor store for you coming from Denton. It’s always a close tie for me to choose which way to go– to Buckeye in Corinth for cheaper liquor or to Paradise for a better craft beer selection.
The store itself is large enough with a decent variety of brands and price points on the liquor. It’s always very clean, well-​organized, and has some of the most helpful and friendly staff I’ve ever met. Expect to be approached at least 2 times to see if you need help finding anything or need any recommendations. One staff member in particular always takes an interest in the craft beers and has offered some really great suggestions… not the service you get at most liquor stores. They have a large wall beer cooler with everything ranging from your domestic 24 packs to individual high gravity microbrews. They carry some Dogfish varieties that I haven’t even found at Midway Mart, but expect to pay $ 15.99 for a single of those type of treats.
If you’re looking for a well-​rounded liquor store with knowledgeable staff, Paradise Liquors will treat you well. It’s an easy stop off the highway, so give it a try!

I’m a craft beer guy and this place delivers! They have some pretty good beer that I have been unable to find anywhere else in Denton such as the DFH Raison D’Etre. They also have the rating from
on all of their individual craft beers which is great for trying out a new beer.
I don’t know about the liquor selection, but if the quality of the beer selection is anything like the rest of the store them I’m sure you won’t have a problem finding anything else.
