Whew. I had higher expectations for this place. We went for lunch and I got the«mixed green» strawberry salad. It was awful. It was basically just iceberg lettuce and as soon as I left, I realized they forgot to put strawberries on the salad! Forgot strawberries on the strawberry salad! Also the salmon was underdone. Will not be back for sure. There are better places. Maybe I should have tried something else? The bread and device was good…

I love the fact that kids can make their own bread. I’m really excited about the whole wheat pasta for kids. Finally getting on the train. The downside is that being in Asheville you would hope that they would have better ingredients on most of the menu.

Enjoyed a prosciutto pizza with arugula and a grill shrimp salad with arugula with minestrone soup. Husband had a glass of wine. Lunch special was very reasonable.

I moved to this area a couple months ago and when the place I actually intended on eating at was closed, I went next door to Carrabbas instead. I was really apprehensive because it’s a chain restaurant and frankly, usually that’s not my cup of tea. I fancy myself quite the foodie:) Well, as it turns out this place is stellar! I’ve been back several times and each time it just keeps getting better! They have an AMAZING wine list(but that shouldn’t stop you from trying all of their flavors of sangria, which are unique and delectable, and boozy), really reasonable prices, and everything on the menu that I have had is delicious. I don’t know anyone here and the staff is always so great at making me feel right at home. Their menu is about to change and they’re awesome at keeping things fresh and exciting. Highly recommend! Especially if you’re dining with hard to please people, because the menu literally has something for everyone. Side note: Ben and Ian rule. The whole staff is great but they’re usually the ones that have helped me when I come in and they’re the reason I keep coming back. Props for being such friendly and understanding staff(I know I’m a pain in the ass:)!

This is the best restaurant in Asheville hands down!!! The ambience was just right & the food is always over the top! This paticular Carrabbas has wonderful management & extremely friendly/well trained staff. I recommend Carrabbas to everyone that I know! Visit this store & you will not leave disappointed;-)

Summertime Sangria is great tasting and fruity, the Salads(Cesar and Italian) were cold, crispy and perfect! Pancetta wrapped Shrimp, chicken, bread and desserts were all so yummy! Don’t miss it! The Tiramisu and Pana Cotta are to die for!

I’m usually not fan of chains but Carrabba’s has absolutely won me over. The food is consistent and good. The service is always prompt and professional and actually nice which is shocking for the Asheville area. I really like this place and have become a regular especially with their Monday special. Granted like any restaurant dishes can be little salty but it’s never so much it tastes bad. It doesn’t happen often but I can actually say I’ve never had a bad dish here. Granted I haven’t had everything yet. They even have a soup that I crave Mama Mandaoas Sicilian chicken soup. My work lunch friend is enamored with their tomato basil soup special.

I had the ‘Filet Bryan’ with a side of fettuccine Alfredo(which they charged extra for). The steak was DELICIOUS! But the pasta was bland. Which is odd this being an Italian restaurant. My husband’s pasta wasn’t great either. I don’t understand why an Italian restaurant wouldn’t serve the best pasta. It’s a shame.

Talipia was suburb and although the meal hadn’t arrived at same time as other groups meal the manager apologized and provided complimentary second side and dessert for table to make up for it. When did arrive was delicious fresh and tastefully done.

Kostet nichts extra and schmeckt sehr gut.

This is one of our favorite dinner stops. We sit and the bar and enjoy the great good, bar and service. The Chicken Marsala is the best.

We stopped in Arden overnight on our annual road trip to Myrtle Beach. This is actually the only Carrabba’s I’ve ever been to, and it’s pretty fantastic. Better than Olive Garden.

Favorite Italian restaurant ever. Take Olive Garden and multiply it by 50,000 and you have Carrabba’s. They have the best filet I’ve ever had at a restaurant and it isn’t ridiculously priced for its quality. I can eat a whole loaf of the bread by myself and I’ve really never had anything there I don’t like. The mezzaluna is the bomb and even their meat sauce is a step above the competition’s. You can find everything from expensive fine food to affordable and simple dishes. The restaurant is kid friendly and the staff is great. Only complaint is that it’s only open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday but that’s changing soon!

Good for a corporate place. I’ve had many satisfying meals there. Averageish prices. Love the calamari.

Franchino’s in San Francisco is the Italian fare by which all others are judged — so far nothing is better than that. Carrabba’s, however, is good for the tummy when you have a hankerin’ for Italian. I love to sit at the bar and watch them make the food — it’s very loud, so I don’t recommend this option unless it’s just you or you and one other person. My fave dish is the Chicken Bryan — heaven on a plate… wood-grilled chicken with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, a great sauce and melted goat cheese. My BFF’s fave is the Mezzaluna, a fantastic dish! All in all, great food and great atmosphere. Carrabba’s is a chain, but they aren’t as prevalent as some others, and at least the food is good. Bonus: Excellent curbside service. Negative: no call-ahead seating or other reservations.

We have eaten there twice and both times it was not great. First time the chicken was so over salted, then the pizza was stodgy and cold. Soup was luke warm and we had the most annoying waiter. He came to the table every five minutes. was really annoying. We will not eat there again.

It was very good, authentic Italian food. Our kids are very picky, but they loved it. Everything had a home-cooked feel/taste to it. I was very surprised. Full Bar, Great Drinks
