This store does not care about their customers. They will upsell you to their horrible Abeo shoe line and when you come back to complain they do not care at all! The manager would not even give me his last name, very shady! Do yourself a favor, shop for shoes online and stay away from this place.

This place is a total joke. Employees there do not want you to return recently purchased shoes. It appears that are either trained to reject returns or maybe even get docked for returns. Would never go back. Store is small with limited selection. Employees are clueless and not friendly.

Customer service is great, the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. She asked me what my shoe needs were and gave me her recommendations. My work requires me to spend long hours walking or on my feet so she recommended the Dansko Professional line. It’s slip resistant and easy to clean. I was immediately drawn to the Dansko Professional canvas pair, it’s vegan! At first, they may feel heavy when you hold them in your hands, but once they’re on your feet, they feel extremely comfortable and surprisingly lightweight! Did I also mention these are approved by the American Podiatric Medical Association? Oh yes! They have eco-friendly cleaners for your shoes as well. The shoes are a bit pricey, but it’s definitely worth the investment. They won’t be the best looking pair of shoes you own, but at least your foot pads will be grateful.

The customer service here is pretty good. They help you select which shoes you need. There’s an older gentleman who’s very helpful and knowledgeable. He seems to be the best person to talk to if you need anything and is very friendly. The shoes are better for your feet but it’s not really Walking Co’s fault that the selections don’t look that great. The vendors need to come out with better looking styles. The prices are expensive but if it’s good for my feet, why not.
