I will not be returning for a while. This has been my local local Subway for years and has always been OK. Recently it has taken a turn for the worse. They don’t care about the quality of your sandwich ATALL. I think in about a year after there’s been some turnover I’ll give it another try.

My boys like the meatball sandwiches and right now they have a deal for $ 2 for 6 inch meatball. I walk in with my son. There was no line. It was empty. I intended to order 4 sandwiches but ended up ordering 3 because the server seemed to be in a rush. I walk up trying to sort out what sandwiches I needed to order, I let him know the first one, he says: «what bread». His tone and attitudes made it obvious he didn’t want to be there and didn’t want me there either. I let him know which bread for the first one. I ask for the 2nd of my 4 sandwiches, he asks again what bread. for the next 2 – 3 secs I’m thinking which bread my husband would want for his sandwich and he repeated again in a harsher tone and with attitude: «what bread». I ended up cutting my order short because of his attitude. The experience makes me not want to go there anymore. I didn’t ask him his name but my receipt shows the cashier first and last name. If the owner cares, I have it.(This is the subway by the Pavilions market.)

I came to grab lunch here right after a session at the gym. The workers were extremely nice upon my arrival and prepared to take my order. I have gone to a lot of Subway’s but I felt that this one was definitely more on the stingy side. Every time I picked a side there would only be a few pieces of sides and I would have to make the request to add more. For the most part my experience was ok, I just wished they were a bit more giving with the vegetable portions. ENJOY!

It’s incredible that having a great experience at a Subway is an outlier experience. I should qualify that each summer, my family roadtrips 7,000+ miles across the country, and since most small towns only have Arby’s and Subway, we always go with the latter for the kids. So… I KNOW what this country now doing when it comes to Subway! With my qualifications out if the way, let me just say this store remains towards the bottom third for the franchised chain. Worker attitude is somewhat improved, but they don’t smile, they don’t really go out of their way to make you feel like walking in to exchange money for goods and services was a great idea, and it certainly doesn’t translate into a sandwich overflowing with ingredients. Wilted iceberg lettuce chopped with a metal knife turns brown fast(chemistry 101, folks) so we always opt for Spinach… Just as an example. «Wow, I can’t believe how much extra spinach they put on my turkey breast sandwich!» said no one ever. It’s the same deal for everything else. It’s like you have to fight for cucumber slices, and argue to please don’t give me the tomato slices with the brown hard stem thing in it. Please… No one thinks, «Oh boy! I got the tomato slice with the hard bitter stem in it! Yes!!!» Throw that away or carve it out like we all do at home. Come to think of it, making a sandwich at home might be a better option for lunch from now on.

Review for catering platters! We ordered three sandwich platters(15 sandwiches in each platter), and they offer free delivery in the nearby area if you call or go into the store to order. The owner is very professional, and he works with businesses as well as residential customers for delivery. Highly recommended! The sandwiches came out as ordered in nice plastic serving trays with condiments on the side as ordered. The delivery was also on-time and a little bit early too, which is great. The owner also called to let us know the delivery has been made so we don’t need to worry. Absolutely perfect!

Let me make it clear I am ONLY giving 5 stars for the my encounter with Wendy. I asked her to change her gloves(it’s actually required when someone orderes Veggie Delite). Wendy changed with NO attitude or eye roll or excuse, as I have encountered at most Subways in and around L.A. NOT only that but after dealing with the Tuna sub in front of me she again changed the gloves for me. Now, in the past I have stayed away from this location even though its only across from my house! Rude owner, nosey and inappropriate employees. Plus the way the food is prepared. Hello people I’m basically getting a salad with Buns why be skimpy on lettuce lol. I havent been here in YEARS, I’d drive to one a few miles away but im glad Wendy was here!

UNSANITARY! In the midst of preparing my son’s sandwich, she pushed some cart, unload some bread, pull the cart back into the side, came back, WITHTHESAMEGLOVE to continue making the sandwich. I politely asked her to change a new glove and she had the temerity to ask me in a rudely manner«WHY?»! I asked her again for a new pair of glove, and the worker made a face, and reluctantly changed her pair of glove. I had to leave the store immediately because I cannot tolerate that kind of «friendly» and«cleanliness» service! I hope the supervisor or store manager is going through NEGATIVE Unilocal comments if they really want to stay in the competitive industry. I never went back again… since May 2014.

Cheap wads! I asked for more veggies b/c she hardly put any on and she only picks up a few more pieces of spinach and olives, the only two things I like on my sandwich. I need to find another subway by my house b/c I will not be coming back again. Get a grip rude girls!

Went to this store today. Been here at least 5 times. Sweet onion chicken teriyaki, she was going to toast it without heating the chicken first. I told here I didn’t want cold chicken on a toasted sandwich. She changed gloves and hugged and shut down on communicating. She did what I ask ed reluctantly. I was the only customer in the store, they had 3 people working. Whatever. When I paid, she left the sandwiches on her side of counter and walked away. Someone should have been a supervisor and stepped in or reeled her in. Not happy with the service here at all.

i am waiting to see the dentist this morning and of course i want to get something to eat for breakfast. in stead of going to the starbucks, i decided to go to subway. the staffs there are friendly and as they other Unilocaler said, at least they try very hard to greet customers. i think this is a plus with someone like me as a morning person. the sandwishes is okay and it us just like a typical subway. now, i have another option for breakfast place. ps, i still need to go back to the next door starbucks for coffee.

My goodness. Boy were they tight with the veggies today!!! Asked her to put more spinach. N she grabbed 3 or 4 leaves more!!! The lettuce was already turning brown. So I wasn’t going to ask for that! Gave me 5 olive slices! Wtf? By far the thinnest sandwich I have ever gotten! Last time going to this subway!

Can be good, can be «WTF?» I came once and got this wonderful salad, all dolled up and looking nice. The second time, the guy literally threw everything in and called it a salad(I call it fertilizer). The third time, it was a chopped salad so it didn’t look so hot either way. I don’t know. Taste wise, it’s all the same…

I feel like the workers here try hard to make this Subway more welcoming and friendly to the guests, which is why they had the Customer Appreciation Day and whatnot. However, I have noticed that the owners/managers are the ones who are more friendly rather than the regular employees. Anyway, this Subway location is located in the plaza with Pavilions and LA Fitness. Lots of parking, but the parking lot gets crowded in the afternoon. Also, this Subway gets a bit crowded during lunch hours as well. I do wish the workers would work faster, but oh well. The quality of the food is never bad and is usually on par. I usually order either the tuna or the sweet onion chicken terriyaki and both are always good. Make sure you clearly tell them the bread choice you want. Once I told them Italian herb and cheese and they gave me Italian. I didn’t notice until they were wrapping it up, sigh. :/Very little tables, so I usually just take the sandwiches to-go and enjoy at home.

Typically, I don’t bother reviewing fast food chain stores because, for the most part, food quality pretty much stays consistent among all the franchises. However, I feel like this Subway’s stingy-ness is worth commenting on. I ordered a Veggie Delite Salad, and you’d think for a $ 5.25 salad with no meat, they’d be a little more generous with the veggies. I pretty much asked them to add almost all of the vegetables in their selection, yet my salad bowl was only about 2⁄5 full in the end. I should have just hopped over next door to Pavilions to grab myself a pound of spinach for 3 bucks or something.

I only come here because it’s convenient, but I think NOMORE. I mean, it’s your typical subway, but I do agree that the service is whatever and they are SHADY! When I was there during the the lunch hour rush, there was a guy a couple of people ahead of me in line that told the cashier that he was charged for the wrong sandwich. I didn’t think too much about it until I got home and I saw that I WASOVERCHARGED! I got the spicy italian, but he charged me for the turkey, which was slightly more. I know it wasn’t an innocent mistake because the cashier even verbally confirmed with me the type of sandwich that I got! I HATESHADYPEOPLE! BEWARE!!! CHECKTOMAKESUREYOUARECHARGEDFORTHECORRECTTHING! Don’t pay until you MAKESURE it’s right! Yes, it’s not like the price difference is THAT great, but it’s the principle. And think about it, $ 1/person over the course of the day = A LOTMORETHANTHEYDESERVE!

Subway food is Subway food. It’s good, and this place is no different. The customer service is spotty at times depending on who’s working, but I come here for my lunch break and I like it. Big issue is it’s the tiniest Subway I’ve ever seen with no room for eating there. I like that every time I walk in they would always say«Welcome to Subway» no matter what they’re doing. Sometimes the worker gives you an attitude if you happen to be unlucky, but for the most part it’s an ok experience. I’m just there for my food anyway.

Right as I walk into Subway. Hoodrat says: «You going to order something?» Instant FAIL. No Einstein, I just like to loiter at different Subways. GIve me a damn minute, I’d like to see what my options are. From beginning to end all I get is an attitude. Customer service? You won’t find it here. But then again it’s not expected. Girlfriend won’t be crowned Masterful Sandwich Artist anytime soon. Especially with that stick up her… well you know where I’m going with this. Oh but the food was as expected. Boring and under par — just like their employees! Okay, that was mean. I really shouldn’t have bothered to write a review, but I did anyway.

I have been going to this subway for the last 8 years or so. the service has continually gotten worse with trash-type people working there. it takes little to piss off a customer in the 5 or so minutes that it takes to make a sandwich. so this is what happened: after the guy toasts my sandwich, he puts on my ingredients all messy(this part is okay, i have already accepted that they are just going to be messy with my food. whatever.) and cheap with the ingredients. i asked for tomatoes. he put 4 tomatoes on my footlong. and then like 4 green peppers on it. when i ask for extra onion, he literally put one piece on. this is where i got kind of irritated. Next, he tells me to «CHOPCHOP». 1. There is no one behind me in line. 2. i was trying to get out of there. so by the time i get to the register im already pretty pissed off and not hungry. so i asked him: «did you tell me to chop chop?» you realize that im the customer right? he responds with something along the lines of me being slow i ask him if he is having a bad day or something? and that his service is really bad i tell him he is really rude and he tells me im rude i pretty much tell him hes an ass and leave i ask to speak to the manager who doesn’t really seem to care about the situation that had just occurred. i love subway. i eat it probably 4 – 5 times a week, but man this place is trash. terrible management and bad service. wish i could buy this branch and fire everyone that works here. Out of all the Subways I go to, this one sucks the most. There’s this one woman who seriously needs to not ever interact with people cause she a bizzatch. Everytime we come here it’s cause we’re in a rush and we can’t drive farther down, but if we had a choice, we’d avoid this place at all costs cause this one lady who makes the sandwiches will literally, karate chop your shit. Everytime she makes my sandwiches, the middle is all flat,(where they hold down the bread before they cut it). I always get super upset with this, and I honestly enjoy my food a little less. The place is definitely not good for groups because the most you can seat at one table is like, 4 people, and you have to sit outside for that. Booo! This place suckzors.
