Doesn’t serve breakfast all day and prices are expensive. How can you be a franchise if you don’t follow the franchise policy’s!

Purchased a medium size fresh fries. Instead the mgr put old fries back in the frier. So I requested to cancel the order. The nerve of the mgr and the employee to talk back! Horrible customer service experience. This store should be no start but Unilocal is required to select at least 1. This is why fast food chain is distasteful esp. Mc Donald’s!

This McDonald’s sucks. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets a they gave me 4. I asked for sweet n sour and bbq sauce they said it was in the bag and it wasn’t. They all look miserable and can’t even get it right.

In any business, one must know their products before selling them. I asked if they had a pikachu toy and they said yes so i paid for two. She brought out two random pokemon toys that were not pikachu and i said those arent pikachu. She gave me attitude and a dirty look and said«these are the only pikachu we have.» As she pointed to the word pokemon. She clearly did not know how to read or know what products they sold. In what world does pikachu read pokemon? I hope the female cashier who gave me attitude will see this review and learn from her mistakes.

I was starving and had limited cash so I came here once for small fries that came out to be over $ 1.50. It’s inside the Santa Anita Mall so I don’t expect it to be the exact same price as its individual locations but that was absolutely absurd for like 10 pieces of fries. I also used to come here for dipped soft serves that were less than $ 2. I don’t know if they serve it anymore because I take my money to more fulfilling places like the Thai place next to it or Coco’s if I want boba. If you’re on a budget and unless it’ll save you the gas, I recommend going to their individual locations instead of here. Don’t get me wrong – the service is great and sometimes you can tell the employees are overworked! But they can’t make up for the severely lacking menu which I completely blame management for. Now I’m just waiting on the day they implement breakfast food into their regular menu. That’s the only thing that can save this place. As of today, still nothing. Will keep people posted here.

Just order a fruit and maple oatmeal because their fryer were down, so I couldn’t get any hash brown. The oatmeal came out to watery and the apples in my oatmeal were bruised. Disgusting. Lost my appetite for breakfast…

Ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies, Jessicka failed to look at me even once, since the moment i stood infront of her until i left. She didnt look at me, she didnt say thank you, all she did was talk with the other employee next to her. Also the cookies were extremely hard.

This is great to get dipped ice cream here!!! The place is in the Santa Anita mall in the food court close to the Cheesecake Factory if you are looking for parking.

I noticed prices at this location is slightly higher than other McDonald outside the mall! Service is good for heat it is. I don’t know what other reviewers were complaining about.

Service here is horrible! The employees are ghetto, rude and not very helpful at all. Oh and if you dare ask them to correct anything they might have overlooked they have the nerve to talk about you in your face as if you weren’t standing there. The food is cold, fries are half full and you’ve got to specifically ask for items that should their employees have common sense would automatically be in your bag. Napkins, ketchup, straws etc…

Horrible service and food! Employees looked exhausted! Ordered fries but no Ketchup!!! End up we «borrow» ketchup from the lemonade shop next to it. Diet coke isn’t «fresh» — tasted like sweet water but no sparkling! OMG!

Horrible service. Someone spilled a milkshake from mcdonalds and my daughter slipped and fell backwards on her head. When I got to the front of the line and told the cashier what happened and how someone should clean it up before another victim gets hurt, his response was: «oh ya, the mall clean up crew will.» When I asked him what toy was included on the girls happy meal, his response was«I don’t know, pink pony?» And didn’t even bother to find out. Turns out, it was my little pet shop and he didn’t even have a clue! Also the fat Asian guy I got the food from asked for my receipt bc they somehow lost track of where they’re at or what I got. Pointless for the cashier to even ask me for the type of sauce I want with my nuggets bc the Asian guy didnt even give that to me! I didn’t realize it until I got to my seat and had to walk back to tell them! Pure annoying and rude. Don’t bother giving them ur service!

There are seriously no reason to come to this McDonalds. First of all, its more expensive than other Mickey D’s and also why eat this at the mall when theres like 15 other choices? I came here one time and got 2 ice cream cones then asked for a bag to hold my precious potato corner fries because i couldnt hold it all. The girl at the cash register was like«ok go over there and ask for one» and so i did, but the guy asked another worker«do we even have bags.?» …LIKEWTF? YOUFUCKINGWORKHEREBUTDONTEVENKNOWWHERETHEBAGSARE O. O… then he said«did you order something miss» UHHHNOFUCKINGSHIT I ORDEREDSOMETHING. WHYWOULD I GETIN A LONGASSLINEJUSTTOASKFOR A BAG… then…after 20 seconds of standing there, waiting awkwardly, this other girl comes along and says«sorry we dont have bags.» OK. There were literally 7 workers standing in one area doing nothing but they couldnt even get a bag. great service: D … –______–

The service here usually sucks. It’s busy and the employees are probably over worked. It used to be better a couple months back. I’m not sure what happened. Maybe they hired new servers? Oh and they don’t serve sweet tea at this location. Just FYI.

Summers always warrant frequent ice cream runs. Going to lunch? Forget about dessert at the restaurant. $ 8 for a slice-o-pie… are you joking? I’ve got a family of 5… that comes to… $ 40 for dessert! I know… McD’s! They have the whitest soft-serve ice cream I’ve ever seen. 60 cents for a small cone and only a buck for a sundae. Remember when Thrifty/Rite-Aid had scoops of ice cream for 30 cents? Someone once said it used to be a nickel. Those days are long behind us. The cones at McD’s are pretty tasty. Ice cream for said family of 5 for about $ 5. Where else can you find that these days? Even ice cream novelties at the gas station mini-mart will drain you $ 2 per. I actually like their soft serve better than Dairy Queen or Tastee Freeze. Burgers I can get elsewhere, but soft-serve… gotta have it from McDonald’s.
