KB Construction failed the same simple city inspections in 2 different areas (nail spacing for the roof material and also for "hold-downs" for a section of the walls) for my house for over 7 months! How is this possible? Pure & simple negligence! They failed over 50% of the approximately 21 city inspections that were performed, including the final inspection! They do not follow the city approved plans, do what they want and hope they don't get caught. Excuses after excuses! Constant misrepresentation of facts! In addition to being unbelievable arrogant from the owners on down. When I pointed out something I was told that was not true, never an apology, never owning up to it; just excuses. AVOID!

Dennis has great customer service, and was willing to work around my hectic schedule! The work he provided on my previous residence was excellent, and he took the time to clean up afterwards. Dennis was very professional and easy to work with — the main reason why I would definitely recommend him and his company!

I hired KB Construction for my client’s property of water damaged with MOLD infection.
Their excellent performance that is delivered with professional procedure had made the difficult insurance claim process with a clear sense of secure for the property owner to deal with.

I had a small roof leak that turned in to a big problem. As I wait for insurance and all the other factors to fall in to place these guys were contacted to come and tarp my roof. These guys came out immediately and did a great job. They took great care to make sure no more water was getting in. Dennis & Alex were courteous and thorough, and I am so glad my insurance company got these guys on my job.

KB Construction came through for us. Great service and quick response times are what set them apart. They lived up to their positive reputation.

After dealing with this company for 3mos+ I am amazed that anyone would give this company 2 stars… let alone 5. This was the General Contractor hired to oversee the restoration from a small kitchen fire and bathroom flood we had in our home. The fire and the flood were less of a nightmare then dealing with these amatuers. They tried to cut every corner imaginable in order to do a crappy job. They over-​charged. Lied on their invoices about work done and material used. Had zero supevision and were never aware of what the status of the job was or how its progression was comming. If you want a GC that you never know when they are going to show up… never know when they are going to be done… never have an answer to your question… never do the job right the first time… and try to over –charge you insurance company then hire these guys by all means. Dont say you werent warned

I have used KB Construction for several jobs. They have done a full kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation and handicap accesss for a wheelchair in two locations. I have found them to be easy to work with during all phases, from planning and pricing, to project work, to completion. Their employees are eager to help and very cooperative. They are comfortable to have in your home and make sure that they leave your home as clean and neat as possible at the end of each work day.
I would not hesitate to recommend KB Construction to anyone needing repair and/​or remodel or construction work and feel certain that I will use them again in the future for any of my own construction needs.

Due to pipes bursting and rainstorms I’ve worked with KB Construction a few times. They take care of everything so you don’t have to deal. The work is outstanding and they clean up every day when they are done. They are professional and most importantly they keep on schedule. They even took care of my insurance dealings. I would highly recommend them for your next project or when in need of emergency repair.

I got referred to KB construction after the wind storm hit the Pasadena Area. I had lots of damage around my yard including my brick wall/​patio area where a tree fell on to it. They worked extremely well with my insurance company, as well with me. They built everything in a timely manner and the work was great. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I would never use this company again. They do a lot of insurance work and appear to inflate the prices. I would find someone else to do the job.
