Thank you Connie and Jerry for helping us find our dream home. My husband and I came to Connie and Jerry when I was pregnant and realized we needed to move to a bigger house in order to accomodate the new addition to our family. Knowing our desperate need for a new house and the time constraints, they jumped on immediately with helping us find the perfect house. Of course, the process of finding a house and putting in a bid then finding out you were outbid took a toll on me, but Connie and Jerry always remained optimistic and positive. They continually reassured me that they will find us a house that will fit our budget, location, and style. And I gotta say that indeed they did! Connie and Jerry help us find our first home! After a tireless search going up against All Cash Offers with our FHA Loan. We got very professional at writing offers. We knew exactly when homes would go listed the day before and be in the house the second we could. We would try and use the holidays to position and write offers so other investors might miss one of these gems. We would know exactly the correct neighborhood to be in and the one NOT to be in. There would be times we would walk into a house and They would just look at us and say, «This house just isn’t for you!». This is a great thing because they would notice things that would for sure be pointed out in inspection before the cost of an inspector would be required like cracks in foundation or old roofing or weird layouts that would be questionable in the permitting department. Having them at our call anytime of the day or night, always returning emails, texts and phone calls immediately was just awesome!!! I don’t know of any other agents in the San Gabriel Valley that do this or at least at the speed they do so.
We searched for our new house in Pasadena, South Pasadena, Monrovia, Altadena, Arcadia, Duarte, Montebello, El Monte and even Monterey Park. We tried making offers on short sales, foreclosures, probate sales although they suggested we stick to the better options which ultimately panned out. We found a home in Altadena near the mountains.
When we finally found our house. It was in a community where old school neighbors still live. Our house has a yard, nice landscaping, garage, storage, closets, new kitchen, updated bath, huge master bed with a bedroom right off the master for our baby. We seriously could not be happier with the entire experience. They seriously coached us through the entire experience basically managing any and every concern. I would suggest the team of Baker and Snider to anyone I know. I know my wife was super happy to find our house being 6 months prego at the time. We now have settled in and have not had any regrets in our purchase. We look forward to growing our family in this house and when it is time to sell and buy again, I will call Baker and Snider.
Just a note about our new neighborhood and they type of people we get to leave near. On the first day, 3 neighbors welcomed us. The next day the neighborhood watch gave us a list of all the neighbors names, phone numbers and addresses. He asked us what kind or pie and ice cream we want as a welcome to the neighborhood. Finally we were featured in the monthly newsletter to the other neighbors and look forward to the block party this weekend. What a gem we got!!! Thanks Connie
