I went through 3 different dentists until I finally found Dr. Ng. Now, he is the dentist for not only my husband & kids but my parents & grandparents as well.
The office is small, well kept and clean. His staff members are very happy and have been with him a long time (which is always a great sign).
In terms of Dr. Ng’s style, he is professional and gets straight to work on your teeth. There are times when I was apprehensive about certain teeth that needed work and he walked me through my treatment options and did not rush me into choosing an option right on the spot.
Also, I have taken my grandfather there, who has problems with his dentures and does not speak english very well. Dr. Ng was so very patient in dealing with this situation with my grandfather. Never once did we feel like we were taking up too much of the doctor’s time.
Jenna, at the front desk, is great about confirming your appointment 1 – 2 days ahead of time.
Cons: Parking in the plaza is difficult at times. The plaza outside is a little dated, but once you get into the office, everything is nice.
Overall, Dr. Ng is the best dentist I’ve ever been treated by. My parents say the same and even my 90 year old grandpa says the same.
