I once again called American Appliance to fix one of my appliances. This time my old dishwasher was acting up again. Allan came by and gave it a good look over. He was pleasant and efficient and tried his best to get my old dishwasher to work. He will be by again tomorrow to see if it will work with a little adjustment. Thanks Allen for your help.

Fraud. That’s what I call it.
When the technician tells me we need a new motor for our dishwasher — but when we have another company come out to get a «second opinion», he cleans the hoses, etc. and tells us the motor is fine. Come to find out, the technicians for AAR only make money when they replace a motor.
I complained to the office, the gal on the phone told me she would tell the owner. Well, no one ever called me to find out what was what. But I did not trust him and I was right.
My advise — don’t ever call AAR.
