I bought a bottle of soda today April 26, 2016 and it had expired October 5, 2014 but I didn’t know until I left, took a drink and found that it was totally flat. I returned to exchange and found that all the bottles were expired. One bottle expired in Sept of 2014. When I told the employee working, he said«oh it happens». He than went into the back and got me a nice warm soda in exchange. Gee thanks! No apology, no offering of a free soda, no nothing! I wonder if my sub was made with expired ingredients since you know it happens!!!

Very disappointed. I haven’t been to a Quiznos in years and I was craving a good sandwich. I got the turkey club and I’m pretty upset with it. They bacon is bacon bits, the bread is super dry and I don’t think the toaster is working because my meat is still cold. The sandwich artist put it together so horribly it was hard to eat. Also the staff was very rude and the whole experience felt awkward. I doubt I’ll be back.

I am giving 1 star for previous visits. If I could give none for tonight’s experience I would. Tonight I showed up just before 8pm as the guy was cleaning up. I sensed the irritation as I walked in the door and I politely asked if he was still open to which he rudely replied yes. He agreed to make my sandwich but would not look at me or say more than 2 words. I came in intending to order 2 sandwiches but left with one because the guy walked away to clean up as my sandwich was in the toaster and never asked if I wanted anything else. I apologized as I paid for upsetting him and to my surprise his response was that they were slow so he was closing early and had a lot to do(I had no idea they closed at 9pm not 8pm). I felt that the owner should know that whoever he had working tonight provides horrible customer service. I will NEVER go back.

Food is old. Unfortunately it does not look like he gets enough traffic to keep the food and veggies rotating out. Food was not good at all and while looking at the veggies over the counter looked old and been sitting out a few days.

Myself and future wife arrived several minutes after closing and the owner(who was closing by himself) welcomed us in and was friendly, welcoming, and engaging. I am the manager of a franchise so i can appreciate the work thst goes into it. Quiznos subs is a fine place to eat but this owner made me feel as if i was in a family business. 5 stars for service. Adam is a fine franchise owner and man.

Sadly, I have to say how dis pointed I am at this franchise location. I want to make clear it is not the employee’s I am dis-pointed in, it’s the owner. Who does not manage this franchise, the way Quizno’s should be operated. He is truly giving this restaurant a bad name. I went there upon opening and continued though out the years… I as I went each time I saw lower standard of quality. Not clean in the dinning room, windows dirty, door filthy… sad as it has so much potential… I see a high volume of different faces… It seems there is always a new face each time with low quality standards of my taste… I no longer go there. However, if quality came up with franchise standards, I would consider giving a second opportunity… We all have the right to prove we have gotten better, right? He does not follow the typical high standards, only has one employee work. How can you possibly give excellent customer service with only one employee to do it all? You can’t and that is why I give a Zero~ I feel bad for the employee’s. I wish Corporate would pay him a visit

For a Quiznos, it’s definitely the best I have been to. The man working there is really friendly and helpful and his adorable 11ish daughter is the most polite little sweetheart always bouncing about helping her dad. I love that! The produce is fresh, they are next to a Starbucks, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. They are really quick too if your in a lunchtime crunch!

While I remain loyal to my favorite sandwich spot(Erik’s Deli), Quizno’s is quite good. They have a decent selection of sandwiches and the staff(while not particularly enthusiastic/friendly) do a good job. The only catch? The price. I know I’m cheap, but it’s still a little difficult to shell out 9+ dollars for bread, meat, produce, and some toppings.

one of my one stop shop for lunch. morning crew is really great and friendly and the place is always nice and clean. price and portion is no problem here since you can order a footlong for a bit over $ 5,sound familiar ;) so if you have a hankering for some toasted sandwhich you know where to go.

This location is not easy to find. It is in the back of the shopping area. Once you find it you are golden. They have outdoor seating, the staff knows wht they are doing, and the food is tasty and reasonable. Yes it is part of a chain. It is a clean and relaxing place to be for eating. It is popular with all sorts of folk. While I was there I noticed cheerleaders from the high school(go Mariners), businessmen on the way home from work and workers from the other stores. I like the soups also.
