I was sent to Russ Darrow direct by my credit union to buy a vehicle using the Darrow car locator salesperson. I had updated my salesperson, nearly daily, of what tasks I had completed, what tasks I would tackle and complete and when.
The two week process could have been shrunk into one week. Work is busy, so I would fit in as much work on the transaction, as I could.
Everything went smooth, until car delivery day came. The salesperson moved my appointment time later in the day, even though I mentioned, I only had a set amount of time. The time I sat at the salesperson’s desk, ticked away and away, without sight of him. When he returned, I mentioned again, that I only had one more hour. He said «no problem» and disappeared for another half hour. I got up to look for him, 10 – 15 minutes went by without any luck. I tracked down another sales rep to complain. I made some quick decisions on how to modify my plans, as my customers are important to me, unlike my sales rep. I signed the papers in a mad rush, raced over to my clients. Got my car later.
