We waited for over an hour and a half(with a little baby, mind you). When we did get someone to talk to us, it took another hour for them to deactivate the old iPhone and activate the new one. By this time, the baby was worn out and crabby and it was just a mess. Would leave less than one star if I could

Most of these employees are clueless at this location, Google your questions for more accurate and faster service. I feel I have been to generous with a one star, but that is the lowest it goes. I hate it when I am more knowledgable about a stores products than the employees. I was teaching the employee how to set up thier phones, and that the Gingerbread 2.3.4 could not be rooted you have to go back to 2.3.3OS. I am not even a techi, just trying to get my phone to perform correctly.
