Not good. Ordered 5 lg chicken tacos no tomatoes 2 lg carne w/avacado, lg beans & rice $ 34. The chicken tacos had tons of tomato & no avacado on the carne asada ones. Wish I would’ve cheched before I left. :/I live about 10 mins away, and by the time I got home they were falling apart. The carne asada was undercooked. The beans were good but a little soupy. The green sauce was on point. The green sauce saved my tacos, but we will never eat there again. It was blah.

If you Love super DRYCHICKEN then Pollo El Compa is thee place for you. Before I bought my family meal I specifically ask is the Cashier and the cashier asked the Cook is the chicken fresh or dry ?? There response was Friendly and a yes sir its fresh ! Well not the situation when we got home sat down and ate our Dry chicken Meal Once again another terrible dry chicken experience, this Has happen 3 other Occasions, But before that the chicken was great moist and delicious(Used to be) I immediately called the store back to complain only to be told well it was fresh and we cant help you oh well and asked if I could be met halfway on my next meal and of course my answer was a RUDE no ! My Simple fix Unilocal and will not be back.

Was just in today on our way out of town. Got the California burrito. It is a little unique and different but in a good way. The asada was nicely seasons and fries were crispy. The hot salsa was great too. Super friendly and very clean.

so we decided to try a different Mexican restaurant today and since we all love Mexican food we came here! first off the young lady was really nice and got our order right. we ordered a carne asada burrito and a wet carne asada burrito. I wanted to eat a taco and got one of lenguna. the chili bar was stocked and boy I tell you the chili was great tasting. the taco was terrific. the burritos on the other hand was not! the meat(carne asada) tasted old and was hard. I couldn’t cover the meat with enough chili to make it taste different. I ate half of the burrito. my sons also only ate half of theirs. I had to review the restaurant cause I didn’t have any signal in there. but let me tell you I had the worst heartburn from the meat!

The chicken was dry, the Asada tasted like the chicken. The only thing good was the beans. Juan pollo is way better.

Visited this place for the first time this weekend, and I was very happy! It’s a clean, comfortable place to eat. The food is delicious, and their customer service is awesome. I believe they are family owned, and you can definitely tell. I will definitely be back for the asada chimichanga: D

About 6 months ago I said I’d never come back. The kitchen staff was pushing out old, burned up, dry food. I contacted the owner via email and told him what happened, I was disappointed with our original conversation and I posted a picture of the chicken in the photos. I was very surprised to receive an email from Johnny, the owner, 6 months later. He wanted to correct the issue. Last night I picked up a chicken family meal on the house. It was pretty good chicken, rice, beans, tortillas. I’m still not a fan of the potato salad but that could be because I make the best potato salad anyone has ever had(so I’ve heard). The chips and salsa were really good. Thank you Johnny for stepping up and making your customers happy. There is so much Mexican food around here to choose from, you gotta be on your game at all times. It just takes 1 bad experience to lose a customer and word of mouth can make or break your business. I will definitely put Pollos El Compa back on my list of places to eat.

I was expecting a bit more… food. Honestly there is just so much mexican food around, really damn good, cheap and filling that it is hard to keep up. The place is super clean and the staff really nice. Prices are fair, $ 6 for burritos, combos, pretty much everything is around that price point. I got the fish tacos with rice and beans. The fish was real, fresh and cooked perfectly. Rice and beans pretty much nonexistent and by the time I piled on everything from the salsa bar I couldn’t say if it was great or non. Their salsa bar is fabulous! Huge selection, very fresh, a big bonus. The $ 1 bean and cheese burrito, lame. The al pastor burrito, tiny for $ 6. The carne asada fries also teeny tiny portion for $ 6. In all, if the portions were larger or the prices lower I would be back, not really worth it for me here.

I usually come here for lunch and have their carnitas burrito. The pork is really good and they have a salsa bar that is excellent. Place seems clean and the décor is good with granite counters such. I would actually rank the food 5 stars but the service is only average. Not rude or anything they just seem a bit uninterested.

Friendly staff, clean establishment and delicious authentic Mexican food. They even serve coffee from a fancy espresso machine! Not something you’ll find at most casual Mexican restaurants.
