Lawrence gives you an honest evaluation of the problem and what he will do to fix it. My previous experience with computer repair services had been 1) Best Buy in Fullerton on Imperial Hwy/​Harbor, which I found to be be an expensive scam because the price you pay for repair, you can buy another laptop. And my other experience with computer repair had been 2) one of those mom and pop operations inside the Han Nam Chain Korean Market on Beach Blvd in Buena Park and they were good but they always use Korean language software, so it screwed everything up since I can’t read Korean. A Plus Computer in Apple Valley is the only computer repair service company that I found to be trustworthy, because they actually know what they were talking about.
