I have two sons who go here. I love the staff and his coaches. The most important thing is my son enjoys being there and asks to go all the time. He loves his coaches and his friends. I’ve seen so much good come from him being in gymnastics. He’s developed so much respect, motivation, and determination and I have no doubt this is from his coaches continually pushing him! Our whole family loves it here!

We enrolled our son at 360 Gymnastics on a month to month basis. The first few classes seemed promising as we saw what we considered to be professional conduct and instruction. As we neared the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, things began to unravel. First 360 offered us a fund raiser by selling Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies. We took up our clipboard and sold off frozen tubs of cookie dough to friends, co-workers and family members. 360 staff did not specify or define the terms of what amount of sales would be required in order to achieve a discount. So without a minimum required sales target we took it on good faith to make sales. However, after taking orders, my ex-wife experienced a death in the family and notified the gym that she and my son would be out of town. When the cookie dough arrived at 360 Gym they called my ex-wife’s house phone and left a message to pick up the orders(which must be refrigerated). Despite the fact the gym was aware that they would be out of town, no one pulled my son’s file, no one attempted to contact any of the four adult’s cell phone numbers that were available to pick up the cookie dough, but rather, 360 staffers chose to leave the cookie dough Unrefrigerated at their office. No one even thought to take it home and bring it back once my ex-wife and her family had returned. It took a long while to sort out«making this right» for all involved and eventually it was resolved by refunding the monies to the various person’s who purchased the dough. At no point has 360 actually given us a discount on gymnastics fees even though the issues was caused by their staff. The final straw for us was when 360 Gym failed to inform us that they would only be holding 2 classes during the month of December, but, still charged us a full month’s tuition. So, without being advised ahead of time we have decided to pull our son from this school. Our advice, choose another school, ask a lot of questions, and always make sure you get your money’s worth.
