There aren’t few enough stars for this guy. Huge issues were completely overlooked. Things like leaking toilets, clogged drains, broken deck, gutter drain broken away from the house, electric meter box detached from the house, sinking floors… the list is endless. I purchased a house putting my trust into this inspector and I wound up with the money pit. DO NOT USE ON POINT!
