We used Gilliam & Associates this year to buy and sell a home. They were recommended to us by my husband’s colleague and we are so glad she put us in touch with them. Gina and Pam worked diligently for us to find a home. They were available to help us and view homes at all times of the day. Their expertise and opinions were invaluable. They really have a mastery of their professions. We were expecting our first baby and were anxious to find a home before her arrival and they made it happen. So grateful for these two women! Highly recommend.

If you are a seller to a buyer of this company beware. It might not be worth it for you to selling to their buyer. They are unreasonable with demands of the seller on a house that is not new. They seem to think you should work on the house to the point that thier buyer feels like they are moving into a new home. Of course, our realtor was not looking out for our best interests.

My husband and I were looking for a place to call home — Gina Gilliam and her team were very helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. Gina made the experience fun and easy — she is extremely good at what she does! We must have looked at 50 different homes if not more and she never once seemed irritated with this picky first time home buyer. She was always upbeat and ready to help. I could really tell that selling homes and helping people find their dream home is her passion. I would recommend her and the team a millions times over to everyone I know!
