Great courteous staff, always professional and always accommodating to walk-​ins!

Fairly good prices for service. The prices went up by about $ 3 per service (my gel nails were $ 28 and my friends regular manicure was $ 15).
Hand massage was included, which is fairly normal, but the added shoulder massage was a nice touch — makes Elite Nails stand out from other nails salons.

I was very impressed with how clean and awesome the staff is. I had my nails done religiously at home due to sanitary reason and so I’m happy I’ve found a good place in Apex. The staff were great and I was in awe of the amazing polish collection on display /​to choose from. Thanks for the great experience, will definitely be my #1 spot. MAJOR points on the disposable linens!!!

3 people came into Elite Nails today. Only 1 person left satisfied.
That 1 person was me – otherwise I probably wouldn’t be so generous with giving 3 stars. Michelle, my nail tech, did a fantastic job with my pedicure. The accompanying massage was also excellent because of Michelle’s knowledge of reflexology. This is what happens when you go to these places with your BFF who works in the spa industry. She identified that Michelle was performing reflexology-​based technique while my only thought was «this feels goooooood.» Tomayto, tomahto.
Unfortunately for BFF and Sis, their experience was not the same. The nail tech who did BFF’s pedicure rushed, and BFF was understandably frustrated that she and I were paying the same but only I was receiving the better quality service. Note that BFF is also a licensed massage therapist so she definitely had some Opinions with her «massage» if you could even call it that.
All while we were getting our pedicures, Sis was waiting for her manicure. They definitely were swamped; however, two walk-​ins after our arrival were ushered to their services before Sis. At that point, I politely inquired about Sis’ manicure to make sure she wasn’t forgotten in the rush. They assured me «no, of course not.»
Sis wanted gel nails, but there was a miscommunication between her and the nail tech and she ended up just getting gel polish, instead of gel nails. We were in a time crunch with her dentist appointment /​their not starting her manicure until after BFF’s and my pedis were done, so she decided not to prod it too much. Besides, I paid for her, so no money loss for her. ;)
So overall, the experience was just ok. Judging from our experience today, the staff aren’t equipped to deal with an influx of people, so as a result, service quality is inconsistent. If Elite Nails had more and/​or better staff, our experience would have been very different.

Perfect as always! Best shop in Apex! Everybody here is always very friendly and customer service minded. Sanitation grade is always an A.

Great place to go to have your nails done. The staff listens and gives advice on what type of polish to use (without sounding condescending). I had a french pedicure and my toes still look great 2 weeks later! The prices were reasonable and it was easy to make an appointment by phone.
They can get pretty busy though, so I’d definitely call ahead to make an appointment so you don’t end up waiting long. I did notice that they take walk-​ins, but as good businesses do, if you had an appointment, they’ll take you back at the appropriate time.

Very fair priced and super nice staff! They always do a great job with my gel manicures which I get about once a month! Michelle is so sweet! Yaaaaasssssss

Looking at nail salons in the area I picked this based on the previous reviews. I went on a Saturday with no wait. Straight into the pedicure chair, which i will admit did take a while, but it was relaxing and fully needed. Then went into full set liquid gels, My tech did them EXACTLY as i wanted them (and not at $ 100 for the first set like most other places). I will definitely be back here. So happy i found a great place on the first shot :).

The staff is very friendly here, and the gel nails definitely last 2 weeks (so far) without chipping.

I have been to various nail salons in Fuquay, Holly Springs, Apex, and Cary over the past 15 years and I am most comfortable at Elite in Apex. The staff is genuinely nice, very good with nails and it’s a relaxing atmosphere.

Very nice staff. Came in to do a french polish change on my toes so they would look nice when my other half arrived home. The lady that greeted me was very kind and examined to me my options for service. I considered doing my nails but changed my mind. They were still accommodating and friendly and did a great job on the polish. I will certainly be back.

They r cheap and there is a reason! Went there last friday and it hasnt even been a week. I got gel on my nails and it is chipping even though i have been careful.
3 of my nails are chipped and 2 are are peeling! Never again!!!
I gave them 2 star cuz they r cheaper than everyone else and they were very friendly. I got ripped off! Go somewhere else u have been warned

Wonderful… friendly…patient…thorough…really nice chairs… quality work. That about sums it up!

They were friendly and wonderful to work with. They did our wedding nails and it was very relaxing. They even changed the appointment last minute for me. Definitely would go back!

I just went for a pedi with my mama-​in-​law and everyone there was very nice! Bonus, my toes are now a fantastic hot pink color. MIL got a mani and pedi and she’s very happy with the results. She even accidentally smudged one of her nails and the lady fixed it right quick!
The best part was the foot massage during the pedi! I will be back, that’s for sure!

Hands down my favorite nail salon! I’ve been getting pampered here for 7 years now and I always leave with a smile on my face! All of the nail techs are excellent and professional and the services are reasonably priced. My favorite service is the Deluxe Pedicure– priced at $ 30 this service is amazing! They recently added a children’s pedicure chair with massage features. My 8 year old daughter really enjoyed a chair just her size! You do not need to make an appointment but they do book up in the evening and weekends.

Clean. Professional. Super Friendly. Michelle, Ann & Bobo are great and try to accomodate you any way they can.

I’m pretty shocked there is only one review for Elite nails. This is my go to nail salon in Apex. I just can’t say enough about the amazing people who work here. They truly treat everyone like family.
They will all know your name by your second visit. I’ve never had to wait anytime I’ve walked in. I’ve had mani’s, pedi’s, and even my eyebrows waxed here and I’ve never been disappointed.
My friend had her bridal party come here to get their nails done and they were very accommodating. I will continue to support this local business they really take care of their customers.

Great place — friendly & clean. Good service for good price.
