Dinner Savvy

Fantastic! Dinner Savvy created a great banquet for visiting scientists! The entire Dinner Savvy crew really provided a special event for us at NC State. Fantastic food especially the vegetarian — roasted vegetable lasagna! Can’t wait to go in and make meals! Would recommend them to cater any event.

This a a great place for busy families to get a tasty meal. Brought 3 meals and all were very good. I love how it’s package with the exact precise directions on the bag. My picky husband and picky two year old ate the meal the delight. This will be a common thing in my household, a great dinner without all the clean up

This is a tough, do I give the place 5 stars because the food tastes good or do I give it 2 stars because I don’t see the true value for what they charge…
I leaned towards the 5 stars and gave it 4 stars because the convenience factor is awesome, they give easy directions and the food does taste good… Be prepared, they are not cheap for what you get… Don’t do the math of how much your meal cost or you might throw-​up what you just ate…
We got a gift certificate from wife’s co-​workers for newborn, and gave it a shot. With a new born they waive the preparing fee which was nice. The kitchen part of the store is immaculate, very clean, well laid out. The front office is a mess, not sure how they find anything there.
We got there, and the lady working the front was very friendly and helpful, got our meals immediately, explained everything and made sure we got everything ordered.
Cooked the meal at home, ate it, thought this was very tasty…

Dinner Savvy is fantastic! I usually grab the pre-​made freezer food, pick-​up pop in oven and dinner’s ready in no time. You will not be disappointed.

Neither my wife or I enjoy cooking, so Dinner Savvy is a must. Dinner Savvy is known by most as a fun date night or a way to learn how to prepare something new. Dinner Savvy also has a meal option where the friendly staff prepare the meals and you are able to, as we call it «pick-​up and cook-​up.» The ingredients are extremely fresh and the instructions are extremely simple. ie. cook pork tenderloin on the grill until it reaches 155 degrees, this should take about 20 mins on med heat but check the temp at 15 mins. There are also alternate cooking instructions for nearly every meal if you prefer a different method of cooking or a different texture ie. med. med rare, rare steaks or for crispier quesadilla… The best part in our opinion is with this meal plan there is absolutely no prep work. My wife and I order 24 dinners a month from Dinner Savvy, the remaining days we are either eating out or having left overs. The menu changes every month and the staff is often willing to create some of our favorites from past menus for us. This month you got to try the Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with an Apricot Glaze or the Korean Beef Barbecue.

Dinner Savvy (Apex, NC) has a Fantastic staff. They were so helpful getting us started and helping my family pick out meals for the next week.
The best part, Dinner Savvy does all of the prep work: Dinner Savvy buys all of the ingredients. They do all of the slicing/​dicing/​grating/​chopping before hand. We simply reserve a time and everything is waiting for me to assemble. It was so much fun.
My wife signed up for their «Cookie week» and had a great time.
