I waited over 15 minutes in the drivethru just to order my sausage burrito with extra cheese. I finally made it to the window to pay and they asked me to pull around because they were working on my special order. Waited again. They walked it out finally. Got in the road, opened my burrito, no extra cheese. Barely any cheese at all. So, what took so long? Waste of my time

The drive thru line was long but I needed my lemonade. Suprisingly it moved pretty quickly. Only drawback is once you are in the drive thru line there is no escape. Other than that friendly service as alway.

Don’t know what has happened here, but the last 2 weeks the service has been horrible. Still friendly, still good fast food, but the drive through has been 15 – 25 minutes.

This Southern mainstay has a near cult status for a reason. And there is a reason why it is tough to find a parking spot here during lunchtime. It is the best fast food in the South. You can’t go wrong with the deluxe version of the eponymic sandwich — which will get you a perfectly cooked breaded cutlet breast of chicken that isn’t overly processed. The veggies are fresh and the cross-cut fries are good. The sandwiches are made to order, so a few minutes are needed to make the food — but that’s pretty normal these days. And let’s not pretend that only white linen dining can get you five stars. There is a time and a place for fast food — which is more frequent than pinky-out dining. When you’re in a hurry and aren’t having it 3×7×52, you’ll be fine. Sure, it’s salty because it’s fast food. Pro-tip: grab your ketchup, straws and napkins when you line up if you’re taking your order to go because the counter holding it is awkwardly located near the counter, which may be blocked if it is busy. But not a big deal if you’re dining in because they deliver to your table and you can leisurely get your accoutrements without your arms already being full.

I came in on cow day and I was very disappointed with my experience. One of the workers, Nicole, did not get my order right and gave me extreme attitude when I told her her mistake. They came out with my order which was wrong and I told the man who brought it out. After 10 minutes of waiting, the original cashier comes out and practically throws my order on the table and rolls her eyes. I was not impressed. I love chickfila and normally the workers are extremely polite, so I do not think someone like this should be working in this usually great environment.

I don’t like to eat fast food but this one is the cleanest. The staff is super friendly, courteous, professional and well trained. I am not crazy about the breakfast menu. Just their chicken fila sandwich is good for lunch. Keep up the good work. Can you offer a Vegetarian Burger? An option for vegetarians or vegans? Then you would be ultra modern. Not everyone is crazy about eating meat !

Went in tonight to eat and this restaurant looks like the tables had not been wiped down all day. They had to put my food in a bag because they did not have clean trays. So how do we top this all of? By finding a hair in your French fries. So I go to the counter and they don’t see how it is possible to have a hair in your fries. I asked for my money back and wanted to go somewhere else to eat and was informed they are not allowed to refund your money. What kind of place doesn’t allow this? This restaurant is disgusting and I recommend going to another Chick-Fil-A in the area for a much better experience.

Most CF always go beyond to help the customer. At this location I got told that. I could not take anything out of the salad that I wanted because it was Pre made. I couldn’t understand why I was being told that. I had to tell the cashier that I came Friday and received what I was asking for. To make a long story short I finally received my salad and it was wrong. The manager fixed it again I looked at it was wrong as well. All I wanted was salad base cheese and eggs. No carrots no purple cabbage no tomatoes no bacon

Standard chick-fil-a, always a good meal at this site and of course staff is great. I just wish the prices would come down a bit.

It’s pretty much like this… I wish that Unilocal had a function as to where every time I checked in to a Chick-fil-A, it would auto-populate my five star review They are all the same… and they are all excellent!

This place deserves an award! Hands down best service anywhere! The staff here goes above and beyond. Great customer service these days is a lost art. You can always expect a friendly staff, clean store and some hot waffle fries!

What can a guy say about a national chain that hasn’t already been said? I agree it’s very similar to every other Chick-Fil-A. This stands out a little bit because of the folks walking around the dining room making sure you’re happy and have refills. The only thing not convenient about this location is trying to get in and out. The driveway doesn’t loop around like most others, but limits that to drive through customers only. If you want to park on one side or the other, be sure to choose that side when you drive in. This location also claims to have Wi-Fi — which they do, however, the Wi-Fi seems to not allow access to much web content. I was able to check email, but nothing else while connected to their Wi-Fi.

If you have been to one Chick-Fil-A you have been to most all Chick-Fil-A’s, but for Raleigh/Cary/Apex/Durham area Chick-Fil-A’s this is one of the best. New, Clean, and just so happens to be close to well, everywhere(or at least everywhere I am lately). Come to think of it, I just might try and get some Chick– Fil– A this weekend. I’ll just have to remember not to go on Sunday!

Chic-Fil-A has been amazing for lunch again. This particular location has always had superior service. My wife and I are having lunch(Salads and amazing Diet Lemonade) and here comes one of the employees asking us if he can refill our cups and bring over some«FRESHLYGROUNDPEPPER»! WOW. GROUNDPEPPERAT A FASTFOODRESTAURANT! We’ll be back again next Saturday. By the way, they have added to their menu many lower calorie items which are posted. Check it out.

I know that Chick-Fil-A is known for their superior service and attention to detail, but the Chick-Fil-A in Beaver Creek goes above and beyond any expectations that I have for a Chick-Fil-A. The store is always clean and employees are always clean and nice as well. I really enjoy the events that this store puts on such as Super Hero Night and Pirates and Princesses Night. The events are always fun and well put together. This Chick-Fil-A also has school spirit night. Even though school spirit nights are crowded the service is still the same. Even if the whole store is packed the staff makes sure that all customers are taken care of. I have never been to any other fast food place where the staff makes sure that your drink is full and you are satisfied with your meal. This is by far my favorite kid friendly place to go!

They continually have great service and a speedy drive-thru for the kind of traffic they get. The lady manager that I see quite often is very friendly and VERY efficient. Keep it up Chickfila, please :)

If you are looking for a quick bite of yummy chicken, this is the place to come! Always friendly and ready to help you. Free refills on drinks and many times someone is coming by your table if you eat in and offering to get the refill for you. Drive through in the morning is the best in town! Fast and friendly! One morning after driving away and digging in my bag to get the sausage sandwich I ordered, I found that they had made a mistake and given me a chicken sandwich instead. 2 days later I went again and when ordering I told them I had received the wrong sandwich and they appologized and gave me the meal for free that day! No questions asked, just I am sorry and todays meal is on us! I will go to this specific Chik-fil-a whenever possible over any of the others in the area as I ALWAYS have good service and meet a friendly face where they really show«the customer is always right». For children — first Tuesday of the month activities are great and they do special things to introduce new sandwiches, etc. For healthy eating — many salad choices including with fruit for something for everyone! Enjoy !

We happened to go to Chick-Fil-A in Apex on the night they were having an elementary school fundraiser, so the place was insanely busy. I’m not going to count the crowds or lines against them, I’m sure they’re normally very quick and easy for getting food. I’m sorry I didn’t get an exterior picture, but it was a very stormy day out as well. This Chick-Fil-A is across the street from Lowes and Target, near other restaurants like Chili’s, TGIFridays and IHOP. My husband ordered the Chargrilled Chicken Club Sandwich meal, which came with their waffle fries and a Coke for $ 7. $ 7 seemed expensive to me, I remember when value meals used to cost $ 3. Guess I’m old and don’t go to fast food places much. I tried one of the waffle fries. It was decent, but I think I prefer regular stick-shaped fries. My husband really liked them though, he said they were the best fast food fries he’s ever had. They taste very much like real potatoes. The chicken club wasn’t as good though. He said the bacon was good, the chicken not so much. My son got the 4-piece chicken nugget kids meal with a fruit cup and chocolate milk. I figured as far as kid’s meals goes, it wasn’t too bad. It even came with a toy, a small timer. The price was $ 2.95, which I guess is normal for kid’s meals these days. He drank all his chocolate milk, but wouldn’t touch the fruit cup. I ended up eating the fruit cup later, I thought it was good. It had bite sized pieces of apple, mandarin orange, grapes and strawberries. He did eat 2 chicken nuggets, but he fought me quite a bit on those 2. I thought they were good quality though, they appeared to be real chicken meat as opposed to ground chicken bits. I got an order of 3 chicken tenders and a side of medium coleslaw. The chicken tenders were real white meat chicken breast, which was nice. But they seemed very greasy and had a lot of stringy bits in them, like they hadn’t trimmed off that one big vein that goes down a chicken breast. I dipped it in their honey mustard sauce, which unfortunately isn’t nearly as good as my own honey mustard or the honey mustard I get with Tyler’s chicken tenders. The coleslaw was edible but certainly not my favorite coleslaw. It had a lot of creamy sauce and sugar in it, whereas I prefer mine more vinegary. But at least they don’t put a ton of pepper on it like some places in the South. The chicken strips were fairly priced at $ 3.05 and the medium coleslaw was $ 1.65, so it was a nice cheap meal. As I said, I forgive the restaurant for being overly busy on this night, and I certainly won’t judge them on that. The restaurant was decently kept up considering the hundreds they were serving tonight, and they did get out the food as fresh and hot as possible. I think the main problem is, I just don’t really love chicken all that much. I really prefer beef, pork or lamb if I’m going to be eating meat. I didn’t love the fries all that much either, I prefer steak fries with no skin on them. But my husband sure did love them. And I like that my son can eat real white meat chicken instead of the usual ground chicken pulp, but unfortunately he didn’t appreciate the chicken nuggets for this fact. If I’m ever on the road and had to stop in for food, I would probably pick Chick-Fil-A over a Wendy’s or Burger King, but I don’t think I’ll probably be visiting this place again on purpose, with there being so many nicer restaurants in the area(especially IHOP next door, my son’s favorite).
