Beaver Creek Apartments

No idea what JIM B below is talking about. This place is amazing. I love my town home! The community is nice, I have actually driven around the whole thing to get an idea, and love it! The mailbox is right by the front entry to the property, so even if the light bulbs were out for a few days the main street lights would suffice. I have two dogs and have not encountered any dog poop throughout the property. As for the garbage facility, its trash and honestly its the residents’ job to make sure that any trash is placed properly. Don’t know how we can fault management for that. and I’m pretty sure his personal experience with how his town home was faced is not the norm for all town homes. Mine is straight in front of parking and to be honest I haven’t seen any that are as he described. I have put in maintenance requests and feel that they are def being taking care of the right way.
Christa and Kelly were both amazing! I met Bonnie for a few moments and she was just as nice. Staffed helped with my random questions and thoughts during my move in process. Def the best for my money. I will probably be here for a few years!

i definitely love it here. management is great. happy to be here. as a police officer previously it is a safe place. children that run around is not the fault of management its the responsibility of parents. thanks beaver creek for making it a freat place to live.

IF YOU LOVE BEING MISERABLE, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! They treat their residents like absolute crap, which is much worse than just regular old crap. Nothing gets fixed. We had a flood upstairs and they were supposed to paint our ceiling, not done. Our town home is just awful. I can’t bring in groceries like a normal human being. I have to turn sideways to avoid the banister which comes out to the middle of the door opening for some reason. The grounds are putrid. There is dog crap everywhere. There was a drug bust here last month. That was fun!
Dozens of teenagers walk the streets at all hours. They don’t move out of the way of cars. Also, watch out for the little kids who run around in the middle of the street without parental supervision! The back half of the community is a swampland. But it’s real pretty up front where people can see! The people who run the front office are awful. They tell you what you want to hear, but don’t do anything to solve any problems. Took them a month to fix the lights by the mailboxes. I felt super safe picking up my mail in the pitch black darkness! Thanks Beaver Creek!
Lastly, the garbage collection facility… I’ll just call it an «area» because that’s what it is. 1 trash compactor for community trash seems to work okay, but 1 standard dumpster for ALL recyclables is a joke. There is constantly recyclable trash all over the ground and it smells just lovely… Really goes with the smell of dog shit and outdoor barbecues.
