Apex Sales

My 3 experiences w/​Apex Sales Co were all very disappointing. I took 2 yard tools (hedge trimmer & string trimmer) to be serviced. The 1^st person I dealt with was rude & acted as if my bringing these tools in was a burden. They also had me provide a $ 15 deposit in case they did the problem determination work & I didn’t show up & pay for the work. I was told it would be a few weeks & they would call when ready. After 6 weeks, I called & was told the tools had been ready for awhile (not sure why no one called). I was told the bill was roughly $ 40 & only hedge trimmer was fixed (too much to fix string trimmer) — thus, $ 25 given my $ 15 deposit. When I arrived to pick up my tools, they then informed me that the person I spoke with was mistaken & that I still owed $ 40 (even though the written receipt showed $ 25). I was told that the string trimmer diagnostics was not included on the receipt… needless to say, I will not be going back — will go to Burke Brothers in Raleigh.

A small auto parts store and a lock smith to boot. They will make keys for your home or car. Well they can cut keys on the spot.
They carry the regular car parts, plugs, wires, air filters, belts, hoses, fuel filters, and a few more.
The parking lot is a good size.
They sit back from the road a bit so do not miss it.
Friendly service here and moderate prices.

Good service but expect a slow repair during the summer season when lawn mower repairs are busy.
