After too many years being screwed over by Toyota dealerships, my friend found great reviews on NPR’s Click and Clack auto shop finder. I’ve spoken with the owner a few times, and he had worked at Toyota dealerships for years, so he knows his stuff. He also doesn’t like the sale pitch at the dealerships, and he does not try to push 10 other«services needed» that are totally unnecessary like the dealership’s service center will do. For oil changes, I’m out of here within 45 minutes, versus the 3 to 5 hours at Big Two Toyota in the past(yes, really, 3 – 5 hours!) After living in Phoenix now and having to go to other places, the prices here are very reasonable. At Toyauto, I had to get a visor replaced and it was a decent price. When the other visor quit working(apparently a thing in ’07 Camrys), and I had to take it elsewhere, it was $ 40 more at the other shop! Thanks Toyauto for keeping the prices reasonable. The waiting room isn’t anything special, but that is not relevant. Sometimes the customer service coming in/out isn’t the best, but the car service quality is great. I would continue to return, but I am no longer out in the east valley.
