This has to be by far the worst urgent care ever. The front desk is absolutely helpless and has zero knowledge of anything that is happening! «How much will today’s visit cost?» «Uh, well I don’t really know…» «How long will the wait be?» «Uh, well I don’t really know…» «Do you know how long till we can see a provider?» «Uh, well I don’t really know…» U-S-E-L-E-S-S!!! Then when you do get back to see the provider, their urgency is crap! You get half assed care and told that if it’s something serious that you’ll need to go to the emergency room or to a real doctor because they can’t help you at urgent care. Wow! Must be quite the gig doing absolutely nothing and getting paid top dollar for it!

Never, ever, ever again. I brought my boyfriend here, because every other Urgent Care near us was closed for the night. I should have just gone to the ER. Went in because my dude was experiencing extreme ear pain, and blood was leaking from it. They make you pay prior to being seen. It was clear that the Doctor/Nurse are only concerned with getting you out of their hair, so they can carry on with the conversation they were having before you so rudely walked in and interrupted. After a 90 second exam, the doctor was certain there was nothing wrong with my boyfriends ear, wrote a prescription for some antibiotics, and shooed us away as if he were faking it. — the next morning my boyfriend woke up to a bloody pillow, and dried blood caked on his face, from the problem ear. Certainly there was SOMETHING wrong, which we found out was a ruptured eardrum. Shout-out to Dr. Negligent, I hope you were stoked on the money you received from us, and our insurance.

Don’t bother coming here, go to a real ER, these people are only interested in rushing you in and rushing you out, billing insurance they are NOT interested in your medical issues! My wife was seen for a boil or cyst, instead of treating it they sent her home with a mild pain reliever, the next day my wife was vomiting and had a severe headache so we went to a real hospital who diagnosed her with a boil and drained over 20 milliliters of pus from her, the next Care decided to leave the pus in her and let her be infected and sick! ! also wanted to mention that their call ahead service is useless!

Waited an hour for a flu shot… Ridiculous I came after a suggestion from walgreens that it was cheaper and easier there. This was not true. My time is worth more than a $ 7 discount. Also staff was not impressive, massive bruise the morning after from adjusting the needle in my muscle. Will not return.

My husband brought me to the clinic on Thanksgiving after I was feeling VERY dizzy all morning and wasn’t going away. The wait was average, they had others to see before it was my turn. My head was down almost the whole time but from what I seen the clinic was clean and orderly. I wish they would have had a bench or something so the ones that need to lay down can. The male nurse was very nice and the doctor was very good. He did what he could, check my urine. He thought I was dehydrated since we just moved here and am not used to the weather yet. He called some antibiotics in. I went home, drank a whole bunch, rested and felt better later on that night. I was very impressed that they didn’t treat me like crud(even though I looked and felt like crud) like alot of doctors do. I will go back there and will tell anyone I can to go there also.

We went in on a Thursday; no appointment there was 1 couple in front of us, they called us back maybe had to wait 10mins in the waiting room; when in the back the wait was nothing they were fast and caring… and it was very clean. We were very pleased!

This place ugh. Allow you to book appt online and typically that is great but I’ve been sitting here for an hour past the time they told me to come in and still have not been seen. Very frustrating to hear nurses talking about their meals when there are people waiting. Grrr
