Hildebrand Tony R DC Fiaca

Dr. Hildebrand is a good Chiropractor, but office staff was discourteous and caused me some issues that they would not take responsibility for, nor would they apologize. They agreed to hold my check until the next day, but went ahead and deposited that day anyway. My bank honored the check but charged me a $ 35 NSF fee. Plain and simple, they said one thing and did another. They claimed to hold it until 7 pm that day, but deposits made before 8 pm are credited the same day. In other words, they didn’t hold the check at all. They just put into the bank along with all their other deposits for that day. I wasn’t so upset about paying the $ 35, although I asked them to split it with me, which they refused. It’s more the principal of the matter of them saying one thing and doing another. It’s a matter of them causing me harm due to their negligence by breaking their promise, and then refusing to own up to it. They blamed me entirely for the incident. They were very callous and had no remorse. In fact they even mocked me and made several disparaging remarks about my character.
