This publix always delivers great customer service. The deli messed up my sons birthday cake and i didnt notice until after the party started. I took a picture and they had no problem taking off a small amount on my bill. They always have fresh fruit, meats and seafood. My home store!

I walked into a Publix in Florida and bought a fruit bowl; I’ve been in love with the chain ever since. This is one of the nicest locations in the Nashville Metro area. The staff are friendly and the prices are competitive. Their produce is the freshest in town and the deli and bakery offer great selections. Publix also carries a wide variety of international food products which is great because it saves me a crosstown trip to the international food markets on Nolensville Pike.

I like this place. I like that butchers are always ready to chop the meat for me the way I want it and they gladly break packages. Vegetable and fruit selection is very good and they are always fresh.

Although more pricey than there competitor Kroger bakery they SAVEDTHEDAY! After having to cancel my order with Kroger(see review) I called this Publix and spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone and place a cake order with him. He was nice, confirmed my order, and assured me it would be freshly made Sunday morning, the day of the party. Picked it up and it was perfect, check out was smooth, and off to my daughters birthday party we went. Thanks Publix!

Always clean, well stocked, and low priced! I shop at this publix every other week for our groceries and I am never disappointed! They have new buy one, get ones each week and they carry Boars Head!!! That’s always a win. The staff is bright and friendly and the store policies are phenomenal: for example if they have lanes something wrong, they give it to you for free! And they always offer to help you load your car! I love Publix and it is truly a pleasure to shop there.

DONOTPURCHASE A CAKEATTHISLOCATION. Not saying do not purchase a Publix cake, just don’t get it here. I have previously worked in a Publix bakery as a decorator years ago so if I don’t have time to make it myself, I only go with Publix. This past Saturday evening I was there to pick up a ¼ sheet cake dome and board and noticed the lady in front of me was very upset about her cake. While one clerk was helping me, the other clerk was trying her best to appease the irate customer, but wasn’t getting very far. I asked the situation and learned her cake(a full sheet with a zebra print design) was supposed to have pink borders instead of the black ones that were on it. The lady was already running late to her event and kept saying ‘my friends told me not to order here, but I just had to come here.’ I told them that if they had a pink icing bag I could help the lady out since the last decorator had just left. I washed my hands and the clerk gave me a hairnet. While taking the black borders off, the decorator cake back to the bakery. I stood up and said«oh you can take over» and she told me that she was off and left. I was like, really? I don’t even work here. A couple of minutes later the assistant store manager and some gentleman rushed to the«rescue». I tried to explain the situation but she seemed rude and unwilling to listen so I figured I would say it here. True, maybe I didn’t belong there, but I figure if I as a customer care more about the customers than the people being paid to care… they don’t deserve your business.

We live about a half-mile from a Kroger, so Publix isn’t my regular grocery store. That being said, it’s definitely my go-to for a few special items that I can’t seem to find elsewhere: Diet Fuze Iced Tea and Sugar Free Italian Sweet Cream creamer. I never had a problem finding either of them in Texas, but Publix apparently carries products that elude Kroger, Walmart, Target, Aldi, and others in this region. Whenever I’m there, I make sure browse their produce since it usually looks a lot fresher than Kroger’s does. I also love that they have an actual butcher counter where I can get pork steaks cut to my preferred thickness. The pre-packaged stuff just won’t cut it. They take Kroger coupons, which is awesome. My wife and I had become accustomed to HEB Central Market in Dallas, which is one of the best, snazziest grocery stores you’ll find anywhere(yes, better than Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, or whatever else you’re thinking of). Publix isn’t quite at that level, but it’s one of the nicest groceries I’ve found in Nashville. If only we lived closer…

Their deli/sandwich department is soooooo slow!!! We waited at least 20 min to be serves with only 1 person in front of us. There was an additional employee there but he seemed to only be able to help people who wanted fried chicken. He saw us standing in line and never once offered to help us. Horrid customer service!!! We ended up leaving after standing in line for almost 30 minutes. My husband said this happened to him the last time he went there too! I had neighbors complain about the slowness of their deli as well. GETITTOGETHERPUBLIX!!!

Very clean store! Employees are great and very helpful. Easy to get out of parking lot. Never a wait in line. We get our lottery tickets here along with our groceries.

Get your cake from here! They were very nice when I called and efficient. On the morning that I was supposed to pick up my cake, they called to let me know that they were not able to provide the flavor that I wanted. I appreciated being given a warning ahead of time so that I could choose something else. Everyone who had the cake absolutely LOVEDIT. The cream cheese icing is the BOMB. Thanks, Publix!

Excellent grocery store, dependable produce department, great… I mean GREAT organic selection and all thier in-house brand stuff is FAR superior to the equivalents randalls and krogers put out. Never super long lines at check out and u can always find someone closeby to help you out. The pharmacy is a bit tired, not a lot of selection in any of its over the counter isles. But the deli, man those borehead subs are KILLER. I ordered a sub here recently and the guy really took his time with every ingredient and every detail. Showed in the quality of the subs end result.

I LOVE this Publix. We used to shop at Kroger, and when you buy the Publix brand we spend the same amount that we spent at Kroger. The food is also much fresher at Publix than at Kroger.

I just moved to the area and chose Publix because it was so close, but it was so expensive! Never shopped at one before, and I’m not going back. I’d rather go to Kroger.

This particular PUBLIX is overpriced. You sometimes pay 30% more then Walmart down the street and Kroger beats this store in weekly circular ads. Bottom line… do you want to pay $ 3.75 for a jar of Hellmans on sale at Publix or $ 3.00 at Walmart or Kroger on sale.

BOY was I happy when this store opened! Saved me from making as many traffic-filled trips to Brentwood & Green Hills. Very good store, but not quite as good as the one on Old Hickory Blvd/Brentwood. The employees at Brentwood really work as a team & sevice is excellent, this one was still new and maybe they just hadn’t gotten into their groove yet.

I was thrilled when they opened up this Publix so I wouldn’t have to drive to Smyrna. The people are really friendly and the store is really clean and well lit. The folks at the deli counter always insist on giving a sample before filling your order. The produce section is usually well stocked and I’ve never had a hard time finding a banana that wasn’t too green or brown or an apple that wasn’t just right.
