Went in for a gel fill (second time I have been to this salon). The tech removed my polish and then began to sand my nails down. I don’t know if she wasn’t paying attention, or had no idea what she was doing, but she cracked my natural nail. She sanded WAY too far down and cracked it almost all the way at the top of the nail. She proceeded to fill that nail anyway. Well, here I am with a nail that died and completely fell off. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They have good prices for the area, but are not gentle with clients.

I have always loved the way they treat you here! They’re awesome at what they do and it shows. Nikki and Ben have had this place for years and they have a awesome team behind them.

My mom and I always come here for pedicures. The staff is very friendly and they always take very good care of us. Our nails always look great and they last a long time. The prices are fair. There isn’t usually a longs wait but they so take appointments for when they are.
Bring cash for the tip!

Just left the salon extremely annoyed. My sister & I had an appointment for 2:30pm mani & pedi. When we walked in we were told to pick a color & wait… I don’t expect to wait when I have called days in advance for an appointment but if need be 5 minutes max. No we waited 20 minutes & there was still no one available to start our pedis! We were on a time crunch to get to an event & we ended up having to leave because the next tech would not be ready to take just one of us for another 15 minutes. Never going back. Going to give LV Nails a try.

They always take great care of us here! Very friendly.
The quality is hit or miss though depending on what nail tech handles your nails.
Sometimes they go too fast & the color doesn’t last. When you get someone that takes their time … then you’re in luck!
Splurge on the pedi and get a deluxe. It includes longer massage, more products, and warm towels wrapped around your feet.
Definitely worth it!

We finally found a place that does a good job everytime we go in!
Prices are fair and the nail techs are always friendly.
Pretty good hours of operation as well, we are here on a Sunday and they stay open till 5pm!
That’s convenience!
They also offer waxing services too.
You can pay with a credit card but be sure to have some cash for tips!

«Don’t waste your money or time»
I just left from «Professionail», and I am very unhappy with everything. I’ll start from the beginning. So I arrived there at 1:30 pm. The first thing I asked them was if there was a wait. I was told no and escorted to a chair. I went in for a manicure. Just a basic manicure. Nothing fancy. Well, I sat in said chair for 10 minutes and still hadn’t saw my tech. So I asked again about the wait (I had to be at work in a hour). The man brought my tech out. So my tech started with some small talk. He then asked me if I was in a hurry. I told him I had to be at work in a hour. He then made a rude comment saying «Oh, hour is more than enough time. I was choking on my lunch in the back because you’re in such a rush». That immediately pissed me off. He didn’t say it as a joke. There was no laugh or smile with that comment. At that point I was pretty much unresponsive. So while he was working on my nails a very crude lady sat next to me with her tech. she was telling her a story of what happened over the weekend. In her story she looked over at me and and whispered to her tech ‘these damn blonde bimbos”. No, she wasn’t talking about me per se. But, I am a blonde. And the fact that she looked directly at me while whispering it to her tech made me want to punch her in the face. I took it personally. Why couldn’t she just say «these bimbos». Why did she have to classify it? Ugh. Anyway so toward the end of my over priced manicure ($ 14, just for a cuticle remover and nail polish) I sat down in the drying area at 2pm. At that point a group of 6 women had come in. Apparently they made an appointment days ahead for 2pm. They had to be at a wedding at 5:30. The owner (or I at least assume she is because she used the term «my other store») argued with these ladies claiming they never called for an appointment. The lady assured her that she did. She told her that THEY HAVE TO BE AT A WEDDING AT 5:30. And suddenly now the «owner» knows who she is. And then claims that herself and her staff waited for them another day and they never showed up. The customer said «no, I made the appointment for today». Ready to prove her wrong the owner pulled out her appointment book. Guess what? THE OWNER WAS WRONG! Not one apology was given to these customers. Considering all of them were getting mani pedis this salon was about to make over $ 500. They argued with them. And never apologized.

This is an average nail salon. Prices and services are comparable to the area. It’s not my favorite place but they are open 7 days a week.
