Mukulika Mehta, M.D.

I was seen by Dr. Mehta for the first time yesterday. She was extremely patient, understanding, & friendly. The physician assistant was pleasant as well. They made me feel real comfortable & I plan having Dr. Mehta be my primary physician from now on. I highly recommend her to everyone!

If I could leave no stars I would. Don’t go to this awful person. Giving diagnoses without any proper exams or actual reason. Told my mother-​in-​law that she had cancer. She in fact didn’t and scared her and her family. On top of scaring someone and her family by diagnosing someone with cancer she decided to take the process extremely slow. Have yourself stress and go to a actual professional.

Dr. Mehta is a breath of fresh air! I transferred to Sutter from John Muir and what a difference! She is very attentive and even sympathetic to my preference for homeopathic remedies. She takes you very seriously and even walked over to a Cardiologist during one of my appointments to get me seen right away to rule out need for medication. She responds to email quickly too. I am seen no more than 10 minutes (and that was the longest wait) from my appointment time which is a huge difference than hour or more with my former JM Dr. My husband and adult child are now seeing her too and also love her. It is easy to get an appointment when needed as well. The best thing I have done is switch to Dr. Mehta and Sutter Health!
