I found a really cool liquior /mini mart store right down the street from my home, the store is filled with tons of micro brews and just beers. I was addicted to the Corona Familia flavor and the convince of the stores location did not help matters. I know Corona, please don’t hate, but for what ever was different about a dark bottle made this beer super flavorful. I just could not get enough of this stuff. I can’t lays drink all them micro brews, they just hammer me too much once I get going and mess with my dad figure. So after stopping off at C Mini mart, I grabbed the remainder bottles of the Familia off the cooler rack to start my weekend. After getting home I cracked one open and saw that there was not the typical popping from the bottle, and looked closer to see that the tip of the bottle was deforme. Blah, I thought and took a swig. Bad call, it was so bad, really bad… So I recaped it and took it back to C Mini mart for a replacement. To my supprise, they refused and told me that their policy was no returns. WOW. bad call man… OK no problem so started to call distributors and found Markstein. Let me say after talking to them, they were so Profesional and appologetic for the issue. We set something up where they cam by my place and grabbed the old bottle and gave me a replacement to the bad one and another replacement for that, plus some other things like shirts and bottle openers. Pretty cool of them. OK it’s was not just the stuff but how they had handled the situation, and it shows their character and support. Oh i forgot to thrown in the part in where, when Ii was calling aroung that other distributors to find the distributor that handled this area were blowing me off left and right. I won’t give out their names, but I’ll tell you Markstein took care of business. Moreover Ron did a follow up call to make sure things were good. All I know is if I owned a shop, restaurant, market, etc I’d sure want Ron and Markstein to be my beer and beverage distributor. A plus service for backing their products.
