CPR Cell Phone Repair Antioch

I contacted CPR Cell Phone Repair via email for a quote to replace the LCD/​Digitizer/​glass assembly on my Samsung Galaxy S6. I received a prompt reply with the details and cost regarding the repair. After doing some research online and locally I confirmed the price was competitive and fair. At the store I was greeted promptly and the employees went over the repair options, including cost and time frame. My phone was repaired and returned later the same day in perfect condition. I highly recommend this location for any cell phone repairs.

Chris was very helpful, I thought my phone was broken but he took care of it easily. Customer service was awesome couldn’t be happier.

Had my screen cracked badly. I took it in to fix it, they did. But ever since they fixed my cracked phone something else was wrong with my phone. I took it to my phone company & they tried everything to connect my phone. They were unsuccessful. I told them about my screen getting fixed & they told me that the people responsible were the people at CPR. They talked with a sprint worker & they kept trying to put the blame on sprint. They obviously didn’t want to admit to the fact that they did something wrong to my phone. The guy on the phone which was the manager was rude to the worker from sprint. & wasn’t making no sense when he was trying to explain what happened. So now I have to buy a new phone because of their fault. Please take in consideration in my review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CPR. Worst service ever. The boss is a lier just trying to make it seem like I never wanted to comply with what they were trying to do. I got my money back. He also stated that sprint never talked to anybody at CPR. I don’t know why he has to lie about it when the conversation did happen. The dude was really ignorant & was trying to put the blame on sprint. Completely shattered the front screen of my phone, brought it in, within the hour it was fixed. Wonderful customer service from the guy that helped me out, Chris! Can’t complain about the price either. Thanks guys! I had a really great experience here.

Brought my iPhone 6 in. I have issues with the plug. Since I keep it in my pocket and have no cover over the plug end, lint gets trapped in the plug. Brought it in and they removed the particle at no charge. Friendly service. They have quite a selection of cases. If I’m in need of any repair, they will definitely be my go to place!

Dropped my phone on Sunday, so I sent them an online inquiry about getting the screen replaced. The phone still worked mind you, it was just hard to see through the cracks. One «Todd» sends me a reply that they can fix my phone for $ 90 in 1 – 2 hours. I asked if this was accurate as my phone is a rather obscure model and I didn’t expect that they would have the parts on hand. He sent me another email to confirm that they did indeed have the parts on hand and that they could have it done in 1 – 2 hours. I told them I would be in on Thursday (Today). I drop off the phone 5 minutes after opening at 10:05. Armando at the desk «checks inventory» to see if they have the correct parts on hand and confirms that they do. He tells me once again that it will be 1 – 2 hours. (2 ½ hours later) Since I hadn’t yet heard from them, I called the shop and asked what the status of my phone was. They replied that the tech who’d been working on my phone had stepped out for lunch and it would probably be another hour until it was ready; because they’re trying to figure out whether or not the screens they have are the proper one for my phone.. . hold up. I’ve been told three times that you have the parts for my phone in stock, so why is this (after two hours of waiting) suddenly a mystery? Continuing the conversation with the kid on the phone, I realize that they have no idea whether or not they have the parts and they’re stalling while they try to figure that out. I tell him that I’m coming to pickup my phone in 5 minutes — he responds that it’s still in pieces and the tech is still out of the building. I responded, «That’s nice. So you should call him so he can come put it back together shouldn’t you.» Shockingly, upon my arrival (less than 5 minutes later), not only is the tech there, but he’s already put my phone back together — crazy, almost like he wasn’t really out on his lunch. If they’d told me that they didn’t have the parts in the beginning, then I would have ordered the parts before I came down; but no, we needed to lie half a dozen times and waste my time. — - — - Updated — — - — Todd, Armando made no such comments in regards to the time frame, he specifically reaffirmed that it would be «1−2 hours». Noting at all was said in reference to a one hour delay before a tech could begin the work, or any other amount of delay for that matter. If I would have had a repaired phone in «minutes» why did your staff tell me that my tech was «out for lunch» and would be gone for the next 30 minutes — of course, this is before he could determine whether or not you had the necessary parts at all. While we’re on that subject, funny how you personally told me that you had the parts, but when I called, your staff has no idea which screen this phone needs. Perhaps you should come up with a way to «communicate that better». — - — Lies to get the customer in, lies to keep them away, lies to cover for your failings — and this is the premier repair store? I’d hate to see the second string.

I cannot rate this place on their work, only their prices. I dropped and cracked the screen on my IPhone 6S Plus. I brought it in and they quoted me $ 300 to fix it. I thought it was a little expensive. I was hoping they would be cheaper than my insurance deductible of $ 199. However, on the positive side, they were honest and polite.

All I can say is, excellent service start to finish. I emailed them with questions, they responded right away. We dropped of our phone to get a cracked screen fixed, and it was ready to go when promised. The screen looks and works great– very happy customer. Would definitely recommend!

Yes! My husband thought he cracked the screen on his Iphone 6 — I was sure that he had cracked the 30.00 glass cover– as mine had cracked before.
Anyhoo…long story short, I brought in his cell phone and was prepared to pay to have it fixed. The young man, carefully (and i mean CAREFULLY) pulled off the glass screen and VIOLA! the iphone was not cracked (I love it when I am right — LOL).
The best part? They did not charge me for this– How cool is that?

Had a small issue charging my phone, I walked in told them the problem, they took it in the back and a minute later it was fixed, no charge. That doesn’t happen to often. I’m done with the overpriced inexperienced kiosks in the mall for any repair issues.

Mystery shopped and they’re so rude. They make their money off uneducated customers and do a hack job on everything. Came back with screws missing in each phone, missing heat shields. go up the street. Don’t waste your time with guys who don’t know proper terminology. You’re better off fixing your own phone with a PICTURE tutorial. That’s literally their quality. I’m livid!

I brought my i5s in because the phone would not accept the charger cord into the port. They took it apart, cleared out the pocket dust and sent me on my way. They could have charged me an unreasonable labor fee, or worse, replaced a part I did not need. They were fast and honest.

They were great and very speedy with fixing my did it in less than 30 minutes to make sure i could to work on time! Very nice and friendly!

HUGE thank you to the folks at CPR. Today my daughter was having a really bad day and they went the extra mile to help her! Thank you for caring about your customers!

Terrible knowledge of iPhones. There are better places than this pig sty. They don’t know anything about jailbreaks, customer service is rude.
I will never come to this store for phone repairs ever again. Better to go online and do it.

Great service! Brought my iPhone 5s in for water damage in the afternoon and got it back working perfectly the same day right before they closed. When the guys first called me about my phone, they told me everything was good except for they wouldn’t be able to do anything about the wet stain showing up on my screen when it was on. But when I got there, the guy was able to fix it last minute so I didn’t have to replace the screen which would’ve cost about $ 80! Only problem is my microphone doesn’t work anymore cos of the water damage (no one can hear me during calls).

Excellent turn around on a Nexus 4 broken screen. Initially said they would have to order part but then found one somewhere. Fair price vs a new phone. I would definitely recommend.

STOP, NO, & DON’T! First off, they charge $ 45 just to diagnose — and won’t guarantee resolution of your problems. I felt awkward about that, but they advertise very heavy about resolving water damage. In the end, I requested a document stating what work had been done & it is embarrassing what they gave me. Spend the time and money going to silicon valley! These are a bunch of kids under 25 who has had a few weeks of training and even fewer weeks of service training. This place is of poor standards and of poor quality! I would only recommend for cosmetic and even then they charge you 30−40% more than what you can do in the south bay!

I was very happy with my experience here today! My daughter dropped her iPhone 5c and broke the screen. I called verizon and they said it was $ 300 to get a new one, they could not fix it! A friend recommended C.P.R to me and so happy she did. I dropped the phone off at 4:00 and they said it would be ready by 7:00 much to my surprise they called at 5:30 and said it was ready. $ 130 and an hour and a half later I have a perfectly working, fully charged phone and one very happy daughter! Thank you guys so much for helping us!

One word «pro’s». I have a Samsung Galaxy 3 with a cracked screen. Well eBay $ 20 screen and youtube, I can do it. It looked easy, right? Wrong… I did everything and the phone worked but using the adhesive from the phone you develop a air pocket and the phone, well it locks up and screen typing sucks. Well youtube again saw the glue and thought I could do it again. Nope not falling for that again. Called these guys and ask them if they could help. Spoke to John and he said yes and quoted me a price. They said it take would take 4 – 5 hrs and be ready by the end of the day. I begged them to see if they could do it 2hrs… nope. I figured what the heck let’s do it.
Guess what? 2hrs later a phone call and my phone is ready. Awesome, arrived and my phone is perfect. Man these guess are no joke. Great service and nice work!!!
