Please think twice before using this company as your property management company! I am only speaking of two people in this company, Joann Ayres and Jason Ayres. Joann Ayres is the Owner/​broker/​property manager and her son Jason Ayres is an agent at this company and may also become your pool person if your not careful. I thought Joann Ayres was a trustworthy person, only to be proven wrong. She has kept money owed us and has taken money from our tenants security deposit. If you have a pool be extra careful as you will end up spending many extra dollars getting your pool back into working condition after her and her son are done.
