This starbucks is the worst they are always slow and their drinks are disgusting, they never make my drink right. Never coming here again. The workers are always rude. I would give this place a 0.

Would give this location 0 if I could. This place is always subpar but today I received the absolute worse service ever. I walked in with a tumbler I had been given as a gift to see if I could exchange it for the bigger size. after using the restroom I glanced at the tumblers they had in stock and i quickly noticed they did not have the one I wanted. After walking out of the store, I turned around to someone trying to get my attention. One of the managers proceeded to tell me, I need to come back in and pay for the cup I just walked out with as no one saw me enter with it. Shocked and astounded that I was being accused of stealing(which I have never done in my life) I told the manager I received this as a gift, it even has a gift card in it, and the only reason I brought it in was to see if there was a bigger size available to exchange it for. I urged him to playback their cameras to see that I in fact came in with the cup. Outraged at this point, he asked me to come back into the store so we can«talk about it». Thinking he might apologize for assuming and stereotyping that I stole a $ 20 tumbler, I decided to come back in and see what he was going to say(even tho I had no obligation to come back in). Still assuming that I stole the tumbler, I was fed up with the assumptions and again repeated my story and even showed him the gift card inside. He still tried to tell me no one noticed that I walked in with the cup, like that’s my fault!!! Fed up, I turned around and left with my tumbler. TERRIBLEPERSON! & you know what they say about assuming…

I just sat in the drive thru for 39 min for 2 iced coffee when I got to the window I didn’t get an apology or a receipt. I have never had such horrible service at a Starbucks in my life and sadly I don’t think they care.

I’m a regular here and usually have a good experience, but to day really was not up to participate in ordered two drinks and one(green tea frap) was made in the usual time but two was a(Carmel MACCHI) which took 12 more minutes to make it I was standing at the counter and an employee asked«if I needed something» yea my drink finally I recived it and there is no carmel Iguess the employee was having a bad day because the person before me dumped his venti Macch in the trash. This place would get 4 stars but service and drinks aren’t really great here.

This is consistantly the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to! I’ve tried a few times over the span of three years and they have always taken way too long(even when there’s only two other customers with short orders!). I keep hoping they get managers that can properly train their staff or fire everyone and start over with people who want to work. It’s so bad that even a starbucks in Roseville knows about their reputation! The only time it’s a good place to go is if you want to hang out there for hours, then getting your coffee 20 – 30 minutes after you’ve ordered it, or getting your warmed pastry forgotten about won’t bother your day.

Just witnessed a barista making the wrong drink and the lady it was for had a nasty attitude about it. He was quick to apologize and offered her a refund and the right drink. She didn’t seem to appreciate that but I sure thought that was the right thing to do. I was helped by another gentleman Dan, he was awesome.

Do not bother with the Drive thru it took about 10 min to move 2 cars. It’s disgusting dirty inside(maybe short staffed) but trash all over where the add to your drink area is located. The. They also have no seating what’s so ever outside. Not to wheelchair friendly or stroller friendly. Then they have like 5 digit code on the bathroom door that they give you if you ask when you get to someone in line. With a little one or ones this is a nightmare. Then to top it off they only have 1 bathroom. Will not be back. Recommend the one on Cirby or Riverside. Plus the employees over there are a bit more friendly. That last part is my opinion, although my experience on this is this is the ghetto Starbucks of the area. Not ideal for a momma with kids to come to.

I had no problem with mobile order until today. I got the worst service here. How are you just going to annoyed a customer standing by the mobile pick up. They should trained their employees to look up even if they are busy. It’s just plain rude… Will I come again, maybe if their employee Kaylee is not there.

One of, if not the, worst Starbucks location to go to. Workers are so incredibly lazy, even if there are five people there only 2 that are actually doing anything. When it isn’t even remotely busy, it took about 10 minutes to get a trenta tea because only one person was making the orders for the inside AND for the drive through. When it is busy, good luck getting anything and pray that your drink is even made correctly. They also don’t always seem to clean the blender because I’ve had vanilla frappuccinos that taste like a bizarre mix of coffee and chocolate. Unfortunately it’s the only Starbucks around here but honestly you’re better off going to Roseville or to Madison Ave. Even the one on Watt Ave.

This Starbucks is not the greatest, but I’ve been to a few that are worse. Usually my order is correct, but sometimes I do find myself getting a java chip frappachino instead of just the non coffee double chocolate chip version. They’re generally not the quickest, there always seems to be a line. The people that work there are friendly and have never been rude though, which is a plus in my book. It’s not the place I go to when I’m in a hurry, but if I’m just craving a Starbucks it’ll do.

This Starbucks is by far the most terrible around. You would think they would hire more people and have them scheduled around the busier times. Every weekend it is the same long lines and no people available to get the orders completed on time. The corporate really needs to come and focus on this store and the operations of this location as it does not hold true to the standard that Starbucks has.

Certified drive-thru customer, I stick with my usual order and they never seem to mess up. I’m also very specific. The employees are friendly, seeing that I usually come during the morning rush — that’s a great thing. No complaints, this will continue to be my home sbux.

Garbage wasn’t emptied and poured out over the condiment area. Staff was gossiping about the questionable patrons that frequent this store. Although I agreed with them, it was unprofessional to openly comment in front of other customers. The barista was quick, but less than personable.

I have to say that this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I got a burnt latte and a flavorless cocoa by the time it was cool enough to try I was like 4 or 5 miles away. I drove all the way back and they gave me nothing for my time nor anguish. Then the other day I got my free drink(from all my stars) and it too was flavorless. Drive a few blocks folks and don’t waste your time. :(

I go to sbux ridiculously often and 99% of the time, I get the cool lime refresher. The thing I’ve noticed with most sbux is the majority of them have friendly staff and are quick on the draw but THIS one makes the drink the BEST. I don’t know what it is but no matter how much I try to customize the drink, no other sbux can make the drink as well and«refreshing» as they can. The one problem is this isn’t always the most convenient/closest which can be aggravating.

This Starbucks location is a little off their game. They make nearly every drink out of order and you don’t get quite the same level of service here as you do at other locations. The lobby also isn’t designed that well, so you have to squish past people regardless if you’re waiting for an order or just trying to get a table.

Seriously the worst Starbucks I’ve been to! Each time I come here I wait atleast 15 – 20 minutes at drive-thru. Super slow! They constantly mess up drink orders also. Horrible service!

Worst experience at a Starbucks I’ve ever had. This place can’t handle simple drink orders, and when you notify management all they do is look for excuses. Oh yes the ordering was bad this month etc. I’ve wasted to much time with this particular branch. They don’t listen very well. You ask for extra items like a shot or caramel and they charged you but neglected to make the drink correctly. So unusual for the Starbucks organization. Customers are there priority. The Safeway Starbucks are better than this branch. I’m thoroughly disappointed in shift manager Alina. How did she get promoted because it can’t be her work ethic. I know service because that’s what I did in my teen years and now I train corporations on how to keep customers with exceptional service. I will never give them the pleasure of taking my $$ again!

The staff is very friendly. The interior is pretty modern compared to other Starbucks locations. But there aren’t many tables or chairs so if you’re looking to lounge it study you may want to find a different location. They have a drive through with makes it convenient. I’ve never used the drive through…
