Keith came out when I had a question about whether my softener was working properly. It appeared that I was not using much salt. Keith tested my water and looked at the history of salt usage. Because my household has gone from two people to one, I do not need the same amount of salt. Keith was very helpful and explained what my usage was and changed my salt delivery.
