Rude staff. Brought in lightly used clothes, clean and folded nicely. JCrew, Abercrombie, Ralph Lauren. I looked around while they sorted my things and didnt really find anything worth trying on. They only took one item and offered me $ 2 for $ 100+ jeans(hudsons) worn less than six months. On top of it all, they had smashed my clothes back in to the bag, no folding or anything. The cashier was very rude when I asked why some items weren’t taken, so I left and sold my jeans for much more at a local sale. Never. Again.

So of course you have to give a star rating so I’m putting one. I wouldn’t recommend buying or selling here. There’s a wide variety of styles and sizes but its nothing you can’t go into a store and get on sale or off of eBay. The staff isn’t friendly at all the few times I’ve been in there. I went in today to sell for the first time… well they turned down a pair of like new only worn a few times Aldo flats, and pretty much all my stuff except for an American eagle sweater and another shirt… I got $ 7. .really? The one shirt had tags on it and I paid $ 30 for it. I asked what was it they were looking for and with a attitude she replied brand name trendy gently used I teams yep ghats it… I was like okay… She wasn’t «trendy» her self so all and all I’ll stick to selling on eBay and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!

The store is packed with stuff but somehow I never mange to find anything I really want. I have sold clothes there in the past. I would recommend taking things that you would otherwise consider donating. You can do better selling your higher end things on eBay. They give you about 20% of the selling price(think about it… it’s not much). Recently, I took two bags of things and they passed on everything citing«wear» or «not the style» they want. That’s interesting, considering many things were new without tags or purchased from them in the first place and I didn’t end up wearing. I am so confused by what they consider desirable as most things hanging in the store are used Target, Old Navy, and teeny bopper brands. I have better luck with Plato’s Closet in Glen Burnie when it comes to buying AND selling.
