Ordered two out of the three items from the lunch special but wasn’t informed there was a lunch special and subsequently charged twice the price I would have paid if I had been informed about the lunch special. Everyone isn’t familiar with your restaurant or menu, the wait staff should atleast try to be informative. For all of you that may try this place… there is a lunch«special» menu. It’s costs is roughly half of what you would pay for all three items. Food decent here, but I think I will stick to the main restaurant for the food and wait staff.

Oh my goodness. The food was so good. The service was friendly and fast. They did not skimp on the alcohol. I got the kapow vegetable. My date got the kapow beef. Both were delicious. I like the ambiance as well. A must visit.

I’ve been going here since I lived in Annapolis when they first opened. It’s been my favorite Thai restaurant and since I moved I would drive from Baltimore city and now Howard county just for the green curry chicken and drunken noodles. In the last year or two it has gone downhill. The management seems to have a lackadaisical attitude and the service and food have been sadly inconsistent. On my most recent visits in particular, I’ve noticed that the restaurant is unclean and«sticky.» The bamboo in glass vases look like they are a science experiment gone wrong. My favorite appetizer, the crispy green beans, was the first thing I noticed had changed. Sometimes it would come out crispy, sometimes it would be soggy and drowned in sauce. On my most recent visit I noticed that the sauce, which was always nice and salty sweet and somewhat syrupy, had come out watery thin and flavorless with no sweet component at all. When I brought it up to the waitress, all she said was«that’s odd.» There was no offer to talk to the kitchen, find out if they changed the recipe or offer something else. Just«that’s odd.» On other visits it seems as though the staff are just hanging around talking and shooting the shit with whom I think is the manager, texting or just uninterested in customer service. The green curry chicken is still good the rest of the experience is no longer worth the drive.

Went there for lunch December 2011, floor was sticky all aound the table, and the food was marginal, and I got sick later. My friend just loves the place, so maybe it was a one-off, but my experience was bad enough to not to want to go back. The wait staff was professional and polite, which softened the experience.

Just did some carryout. Tried the drunken noodles with beef. It tastes really good. Definitely recommending this place!

Was at Lemongrass Too with an old friend. I arrived a little earlier than her and thought I’d sit indoors. But the smell was awful ! It was kind of a spoiled food stench which really churned my stomach. So I decided on an outside table. The tables were not very clean but the good news is that there were ceiling fans(which really helped my churning stomach !) Anyway, my friend arrived and we ordered some«lemongrass» Mojitos and Martinis. The Mojito was served with lots of lime wedges which looked stale but the martini was delicious. The food was also quite tasty(contrary to my expectations). I would suggest ordering those items which they consider their«signature items» only. The server was friendly and helpful but I would definitely suggest that some cleanliness and a fresh look at the products coming out of the kitchen would be a welcome idea to foodies like me ! I do believe that the place could be developed into something better.

My favorite of the Lemongrass locations. Clean, friendly. Great value. Love the brown rice option. One of my favorites.

Great service and great food! The staff was incredible. They constantly checked on my table and made sure everything was ok. The hosts sat us immediately and brought us water only seconds later. Even then our waitress appeared after a minute and recommended the best drinks(Mai Thai and mohito!) Our string beans and calamari came out fabulously and the pa ram long song(graciously recommended by our server) and pad thai were SOGOOD! My family’s new favorite restaurant. GOHERE also just a note, they are not affiliated with lemongrass crofton, found that out and was not surprised, crofton was horrid!

Great food and service. Jim took care of us. Garden Roll and Soft Shell carbs were on point. We’ll be coming back…

Great tom kha gai! Some of the best I’ve ever had! Massaman curry was too sweet for my liking though.

This place is so good but it is so crowded especially on weekends or when there is a Groupon special running. The seating is like NYC style — you are very close to other parties so try to leave the kids at home. Definitely not a place to bring a screaming baby. We had the kids but they were good to give us a table outside(with the space heaters). The food is delicious! Everything on their menu is great and I can’t wait to come back for another appetizer special.

My friend rave about this place. I came here on a Saturday night for a casual dinner and got seated right away. The ambiance was ok and the service lacked quality. For starters we ordered the fried dumplings and for our entrees we ordered the chicken pad thai and chicken friend rice. I have to be honest, the food wasn’t quite what I had expected. Perhaps I had high expectations coming in but the quality just wasn’t there. I wouldn’t consider coming back, at least not anytime soon.

LOVE it here. This is a special treat for my young girls and I to come to for lunch after we’ve been running errands. They always remember us, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is great. I highly recommend!

The servers were fairly inattentive when I entered the place, and it took at least fifteen minutes for me to get water let alone a chance to order. Beyond that, though, I tried the red curry and tom yum soup as hot as they could make them and they did not disappoint! You know how you say that at some Thai places and they still hold back? Not here. They even offered me a tray of chile sauces and powders to make it spicier at my discretion! The food was excellent and spicy and yet maintained great flavor. I will definitely be coming back, just hopefully the staff pays me better attention next time.

What a great bistro style restaurant. The food is modern Thai cuisines with plenty of wines and mixed drinks to satisfy all taste buds. The restaurant itself is fairly small and quaint, but the atmosphere is laid back and vibrant. Just up the street from Annapolis Mall, Lemongrass Too is located in a strip mall of sorts and could easily be passed if you didn’t know it was there. Although the restaurant was rather packed, my friend and I were able to snag a table. We both ordered the drunken noodles and a few glasses of wine. We were enjoying our conversation so much that we didn’t notice that it was taking our food a country minute to be delivered. Finally, after a 35 minute or so wait, our food was delivered to our table. Not sure if our food was delayed because of the amount of people that were there or if this is normal protocol, either way, I let it slide… THISTIME. The portions weren’t enormous, but just right. This was my first time eating Thai and I was really impressed. I loved the flavor of the drunken noodles and it was really filling. Even with the restaurant being so lively and full, our server checked on us frequently and offered plenty of suggestions from the menu to us. My friend told me the original Lemongrass is in Crofton, which is closer to my home. Perfect! Since I’m now a Thai fan, I can’t wait to try other entrees on this menu, either at this location or the one in Crofton. A pleasant surprise for my taste buds!

As a long ago visitor to the original Lemongrass I remember being wowed by the atmosphere and delighted with the food. Sadly, my first visit(and likley only visit) to Lemongrass Too left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere was decent — reminds me of many other asian fusion restaurants with light colored wood and bright colors. I loved that we were able to sit at a long high top table! I found the prices to be expensive for what we got and the food just a-okay. Nothing exciting about it. It was actually pretty bland in comparrison to other Thai places I’ve been to. I also thought the service was very slow considering it was not busy at all. We had to ask for water refills and waited a really long time for our checks to be delivered and then our cards to be picked up. Sometimes expansion is good. In this case, I vote not so much. This place lacks the zest of the original Lemongrass. Keep trying Lemongrass Too.

Lemongrass Too is a lovely and quaint restaurant tucked away in a quiet little corner in Annapolis. Very nice décor and courteous service. Our waiter Jim, although wonderful looked a bit scruffy like he just woke up and had on yesterday’s clothing that he slept in. I’d like to have tea that is brewed in a teapot instead of Bigelow tea bags. The Crispy Duck Entrée was a bit over fried but my coconut soup was excellent. A taste of my kids noodles delighted my taste buds. I will definitely come back. You will enjoy.

Went here with a group of 6 people and had an alright experience. We ordered an appetizer sampler that came with calamari(my parents said this was great), crispy green beans(SOGOOD), spring rolls(meh), wontons(didn’t taste), and satay chicken(didn’t taste). It was a nice assortment but the green beans stole the show. My entrée was drunken noodles with tofu and although the tofu was cooked fairly well, the noodles seemed undercooked. It was nicely spiced but the chewy noodles were distracting. My father got the same dish but with chicken and said his noodles were chewy too. My husband got spicy beef salad to start, which he said was ok, and Pad Prik King with pork, which was also just ok. We’ve been here many times, and the service has never blown me away. It seems like they might be under new management, we went in on a Sunday night and it seemed like all middle-aged guys, when we’ve had college students for servers before. Our server seemed like he had a lot going on, and he was fairly attentive but when my dad wanted a second beer, he had already walked away. We also weren’t offered the spice/relish caddy thing, or chopsticks, while the neighboring table was. Weird. There are also some nitpicky things like the walls being dirty and desperately needing paint that detract from the ambiance. Overall all, an ok experience, but not my favorite Thai in the area.

I really like Thai, and food. So Thai places get good ratings from me. I’ve had a variety of dished from here, and all have been good. If you like your food spicy, be sure to emphasize that. I ordered green curry(a 2 chili disk according to the menu) and it really wasn’t spicy ATALL. Still tasted great, but my wife doesn’t like spicy and she ate and enjoyed the dish. Pad Thai is also good. They do carry out, but it’s much better in the restaurant. The space is large; a bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and able to accommodate large parties 12+. Be sure you know that this is Lemongrass Too(by the mall/Best Buy). The original Lemongrass is downtown on West Street.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while, I have heard a lot about it and thought why not make a visit. When we arrived the location, it wasn’t too busy but there was a lot of to-go orders ready for pick up and no wait. We we’re brought to a table, and had our drink orders taken. I went with a Vietnamese Beer«33,» a alt-German euro lager, the beer was okay and fair at best. There we’re a few other beers and bud light. As for the mixed drinks, the mojito was delicious but had a little too much mint leaves. After browsing through the menu I went with the Ka-pow Chicken, which was marked as one of their hotter offerings, and a soup to pair with my dish. The soup was spicy, and was plentiful, I returned a few times throughout the meal to sip at the soup. My Ka-pow chicken was amazing. The mint infused, jasmine rice was delicious and as were the white breast meat used in the dish. Spicy and full of flavor this dish, though huge was delicious ! As for the portions of food, we left with semi-large take home containers, there was A LOT an extra added value to the meal . Service was fair, nothing too stellar, I did run out of water; and though I had once been refilled before my main dish was served. I didn’t get refilled again at all. The lasting impression is good, I feel like I have found a new restaurant with a alternative twist on popular dishes.
