I have never had a worse customer service experience than with these people (pretty sure its just one guy that runs the whole operation). He was rude when I booked the appointment and even worse when I called to ask a question before my appointment. They provide false claims about their services. I had purchased a Groupon for their carpet cleaning service and had it refunded before the carpet cleaning appointment even occurred. There are plenty of better services out there; do not use this company.
