My roommates and I have been renting the same apartment from Varsity for 3 years and we really enjoy living there. Our overall experience has been pretty great. One of the main reasons that we would give Varsity 4 stars is due to their quick response to any maintenance issues we have had. I have heard that the staff can be passive aggressive, however the point person for us has always been very accommodating and friendly. From personal experience I can only say that the staff is really nice. I think when looking for a management company/landlord, friendliness is a plus but quick maintenance is a MUST. I think that the maintenance efficiency is a major factor in our continued tenancy. Additionally, Susannah in the office has always been great to work with.

First, to be fair, it indeed provides some basic things, such as bed, dresser, desk, park pass etc. Second, I really dont like the staff working there. They are not responsive, helpful and little bit arrogant(are you sure you are in the service industry??) 200 usd application fee for this attitude. You deserve better than that! I sense this company tries to find every way to charge you, EVERYWAY. if you lost your key, get locked up etc. It even charges 60USD for garbage disposal, claiming that we misused it and that is why we need to pay for that. I tried to argue with them, but they said although there was no evidence to prove we did that, also no evidence to prove we didn’t cause that,(wow!!!) we still need to pay just bec we happen to live there. So to avoid this unpleasant, not considerate experience, strongly suggest you to avoid this company. If you cant escape, then fix all the things before calling them, in case they say it is «under negligence» and you still need to pay. DEFINITELYSAYONARA When my lease ends next year.
