Worst delivery service today. Driver called 3 – 4 times because he couldn’t find the location and then said we should give him directions the next time we order. This was a corporate order and I will not be ordering from this Jimmy Johns again. Awful. He didn’t even deliver it. He dropped it off in the parking lot and had my employees bring it all inside. Disappointed as this is a franchise I normally order from.

Who knew I had already reviewed this Jimmy Johns shop? This shop is the absolute BEST! I order the same sandwich over and over again and each time the sandwich is consistent to previous orders. The service is really fast, yes, freaky fast and always right. The delivery folks are really nice too. I love this shop! Thanks guys!

I use this Jimmy John’s location to do bulk orders for company events at least two times a month. We will often get 6 – 10 thirty piece platters, which does a great job of feeding a crowd on a budget. Food is always fine(pretty decent subs, not spectacular, but good for the price). They are always on time as well, which is a big plus as most delivery places run behind. My one problem with this location is that they ALWAYS forget at least one thing on my order. Most commonly, they will forget our pickle buckets or the separate mayo/mustard packets we request on the side. When you tell 100 some people that lunch will be ready at noon(or whatever time it may be), it’s a huge pain to tell people to wait an extra 15 minutes for the Jimmy John’s driver to go get the mayo or pickles. The past three times I’ve even called the day of delivery to remind them to bring the pickles and mayo/mustard(today I actually called twice to remind them and they still forgot!). If you want businesses to continue ordering from you, please be sure to bring the entire order!

So fast and delicious. I shouldn’t order from here, because I live VERY close, but I do it anyway. They are always speedy and nice to me even though I obnoxiously refuse to go get the sandwich myself.

I’ve finally figured out that this is probably the closest Jimmy John’s to my house and that makes me happy since I love these stupid sandwiches for some reason. I still have parking issues when I pop by(why I try to avoid the Packard location) but if their delivery car isn’t there I can usually squeeze in right in front for a hot minute while I grab my food. The employees are fast so my car doesn’t take up space for too long. They get my order right every time, and while i’ve noticed a few other locations skimping on ingredients(or so it seems) my last sandwich here came out loaded. The storefront is SMALL. It feels a little cramped and there isn’t much by way of seating but I find the building it’s in(an old house maybe?) charming. It’s your standard Jimmy John’s but I do find it a notch above most of the others in area.

I haven’t had Jimmy Johns in over four years… while working in Plymouth/Canton area, I used to go to Jimmy Johns at least once a week for lunch or order catering for the office for the team members… since moving work place to Ann Arbor, it seems Jimmy Johns just fell off my radar… but thankfully I stopped by the other day to pick up the catering order I had placed and got me two #5… I realized that it’s been so long since eating out of Jimmy Johns, that I forgot how to order or what to get… LOL… but I’m hoping to visit Jimmy Johns more often as much as I can… but I love their #5!

My work orders from this location at least once a week. I can’t speak for the day shift, but late-night ordering is sad. Our order is usually not right: missing chips/cookies/drinks, nothing cut in half, custom orders ignored. The last time we ordered I had to argue with the delivery driver over our order. He insisted that he had brought everything, and it was obvious he hadnt. This resulted in a second trip for them and more waiting time for us.

They’ve got speed, locations, and late hours. These are all huge pluses, especially in a college town! The quality here is just disappointing. The amount of toppings seems skimpy so you’re eating a lot of bread. What kind of bread? Not good bread… it’s super processed white bread that is reminiscent of stale wonderbread. yuck! On top of that the price isn’t cheap. $ 6 bucks for a sandwich isn’t outrageous but when compared to a $ 5 foot-long from Subway you feel like you’re getting ripped off. JJ convenience can’t be beat — don’t expect much, though.

Why is this Jimmy John’s my favorite? Is it because they’ve never messed up my sandwich order(Club Lulu, no may, extra cucumbers, add cheese)? Or is it because on one fateful night I got an extra dose of cuteness? A little bit of both, but most likely the latter. My beau and I like going to this Jimmy John’s because there’s always parking available on the street and it’s more convenient for us. On one glorious night after work, my beau picked me up and we went to Jimmy John’s. I was tired, so I sent him in to order and get the food. When he went in, I saw that from the alley to the left of Jimmy John’s were some KITTENS! I tried to alert the attention of them and that of my beau so I could steal them, but it didn’t work. Finally I turned off the car engine, got out and tried to get the kitties to come to me. Since I had really nothing to offer, the kitties would take two steps to me and then walk away six steps. They were adorable and even though I have two cats at home that are already more work than I am comfortable with, I wanted to snatch them up and take them with me. My beau was not amused when he got out of JJ and saw what I was trying to do. I stole my sandwich from him and finally convinced the kitties that I was amazing by giving them some of my turkey. A few of their littermates came out and tried to get some turkey from me, but my beau slammed the car door and scared them off. So now, I go back to this Jimmy John’s, hoping that I can see cute little alley cats, while also getting a sandwich the way I like it.

I have always loved Jimmy John’s for the simple yet delicious subs and fast service. This JJ location however has caused me nothing but frustration and time. I work at a local business in Kerrytown that us client based and fast paced so Jimmy John’s is a no-brainer when my co workers or I need a quick lunch. Between all if us we order from the Ann St. Location at least a few times a week. However, almost EVERY time they mess up our order. For example, today I had to contact them for the millionth time because they fail to ever notice the receipt where it says«cut in half» or «mayo packets». They have forgotten so many times we started writing the same reminder in the delivery notes online so it would be clearly displayed at the bottom of the receipt. Well… they must not look at the specifications at all. I had to call in to complain not once, not twice, but THREE times to complain. I then waited another hour to receive a new sub. Naturally, fed up with how repetitive the poor service is, I contacted corporate. They will no longer be receiving our company’s business.
