Campus Laundry On Wheels

This is my second year in Ann Arbor and first with Campus Laundry On Wheels. I used Busybodies last year — I don’t have anything negative to say about them and, absent Campus Laundry, would have renewed this year. That being said, Campus Laundry does exist and is clearly the superior of the two. First off, the one day turn around is unbelievable and 100% true. I usually have my laundry picked up at 9PM on Sunday and dropped off at 9PM on Monday. Second, the fact you can communicate via text makes the whole experience far more convenient. They give you one free batch so try it out before deciding. Can’t recommend more!

I can see how this would be convenient for an average college student needing their laundry done. Initially, I thought Campus Laundry on Wheels did a good job. Picked up the laundry promptly and returned it neatly folded the next day. Later I found random socks that weren’t mine mixed in with my laundry and discovered my new skirt was missing. I contacted them and was told they’d look for it and would ask their customers. They still never found it and said they would refund my money. Well, it’s almost 3 months later, and I never received a refund nor heard from them again. I recommend using their services if you don’t care about your clothes, but if you don’t want to lose important items then find another solution.

I have been using Campus Laundry for about 4 months now and it has made my life so much better. I am a professional so not having to worry about laundry, has improved my quality of life.
Importantly I trust them with my clothes including delicates — I leave instructions and they follow them on what can’t be dried. The service is also superb — 24 hour turn around! I love it.
Don’t hesitate on sending your laundry out — it is worth every penny.

I had laundry picked up and I took delivery of my cleaned folded clothes the next day. Their text-​based communication is great. Very friendly driver. Easy payment via PayPal. My only concern is that I weighed my laundry as 4 lbs less than they did so I may have been overcharged.

I love Campus Laundry! I can’t recommend them enough. Adam is extremely communicative and punctual. Pick-​ups and drop-​offs are incredibly well-​coordinated and timely. They pay attention to all my custom hand-​written instructions on how to treat my clothing («tumble dry low», «machine wash cold», «do not tumble dry», etc). The quality of washing is superb. Never experienced shrinkage or fading. They definitely know what they’re doing. The payment process is super-​smooth and all communication is done through texting which is so convenient. Prices are also extremely reasonable. If you’re a busy person that can’t bother to deal with laundry, this company is your best bet. Don’t think twice.

I have been using Campus Laundry on Wheels for the last 6 months. I only have positive things to say. They are always timely with pick up and delivery, they send friendly reminders each month with optionality on pick up and drop off… often able to turn around same day service upon request. This is a affordable and time saving service that Campus Laundry on Wheels excels at.

— They have pick up & delivery services [so handy if you don’t have a car]
— They’ll fold it if you like [or not, if you like to fold your own, like me]
