Well staffed with friendly and helpful people. Love the clothing and wide range of products. Went there for my first pair of Ballroom jeans today. Already have a variety of shirts, shorts and jacket from them.

No questions asked when I asked to exchange a couple pair of undies that frayed at the waist band. During another visit, clerk offered to honor the online deal. Awesome! We’ve enjoyed having this fun new store in our town!

We absolutely love the products at Duluth Trading but we were very disappointed in the salespeople at their Ankeny store. We asked which men’s shorts were on sale. The clerk looked at us like she had no idea, then asked another clerk & told her «I really didn’t want to walk around». The 2^nd clerk was helpful with comments but she didn’t show us anything except what we first saw. Once we helped ourselves & I was ready to check out a different clerk took care of me but she was much more interested in getting rid of a little ant or nat on her glasses then in checking me out. It is a great store but it struck both of us that the average age of the salespeople is probably about 70. We are a retired couple ourselves & understand older workers are more reliable. However I don’t think the image Duluth Trading wants to project is that of a retired company. We will continue to shop Duluth Trading but hope there will be a change in the help in the Ankeny store!

Staff screwed up my email address. did not receive coupons that other customers got. asked about this in the store and was blown off. sent email to hdqtrs was totally blown off.
