Their veggie chili and smoothies with nut milk kept me coming back for more(even though the prices were a bit steep) but now they seem to be permanently/temporarily closed. :(

Great beach and place for a bite to eat. Arrived at Anini Beach at about 11am. Sat in the sun and went for a swim — All of a sudden a Turtle pops up out of the water at arms length… we seriously could of padded him on the back, way cool! Next we ventured to the Veggie truck and tried free samples while the gal explained the items on the menu. We ordered a Kai Smoothie, a Vegetarian Chili and Hummus plate — all was very yummy. The plates included a choice of regular rice or another type of rice a can’t recall(qeen-oi maybe?) We also got a side of tortilla’s which were perfect when filled with any of the ingredients(I think this place could add an extra menu item and call it the«vegetarian chili burrito») Both meals were very filling and we would probably be vegetarians if we could make food this good.

Amazing organic dairy-free food! The Veggie chili with quinoa and a salad was amazing. The quinoa was cooked perfectly. You have a choice of three salad dressings, we got the pesto dressing and loved it. The absolute best part is the smoothies. They are a bit pricey($ 6.75), but so so so good. The Chocolate Coco bliss is divine. Make with coconut milk and raw cacao and banana. We’ve had to get one every time we are at Anini beach.

Ordered 2 Scrumptious Salad Wraps with wheat tortillas and hummus and avocado. Also ordered a side of hummus as well. The wraps were tasty and the ingredients are all organic. Maria and Tewa are very pleasant and I wish them much success in their new venture. They are at the beach every day from 11am — 4pm.
