This is just a regular food truck with so-so food, basic stuff like burgers and sandwiches. I had their burger with a bag of chips. It was ok, but it’s nothing special. It was a burger patty cooked on a stove and topped with salad dressing, lettuce, and pickles. It came with a bag of chips. «Foodies,» ahem, do not serve gourmet food with a bag of factory-made potato chips as a side dish. This is a food truck, nothing more. I might be excited about them if I had gone to school with the owners, but I don’t know them and I

Delicious BLT chicken salad sandwich, just the right crunch and creamy, nice smokey bacon. Also liked the cole slaw, very fresh and tasty. Super friendly service and very helpful.

I love Mess Haul — the owners, the food, the service, and business concept are all exemplary. Aside from hitting them up for lunch as often as I can, I’ve used them for catering and can’t say enough about how awesome the entire experience was. Love Mess Haul!

They have a lot of unique menu items, like a brie, cherries, and dark chocolate grilled cheese, and a jalapeño pork sandwich, and the menu changes weekly. The pasta salad on the side is very good. They’re friendly and quick. The truck itself is pretty cool too.

Prices are fair but burger was not fresh. Extremely greasy. It just soaked the bun. No sides which hurts. Meh

I’ve been eating a Mess Haul regularly over the past few months and I am consistently impressed with the food. The food always tastes fresh and comes out piping hot. The lunch items are unique and interesting with options for vegetarians and carnivores and they always have a interesting salad option as well. Service is friendly and I love texting in my order and picking it up 10 minutes later.

Great healthy optios as well as some not so healthy indulgences! The employees are very polite and happy to be working/cooking for you. Prices are reasonable too!

I love these guys. The owners run the truck and are so friendly! The menu is always changing and while it can be a bummer that your favorite sandwich isn’t always on the menu there is always something new, exciting, and tasty to try. While neither is available all the time, the Steak and Brie and the Thanksgiving in a Wrap(I think they are actually named somewhat differently on the menu) are my absolute favorites. They have some tasty meatless options that are filling, as well. My dad loves their sliders. Like most food trucks, they are easy to locate if you follow them on twitter or Facebook, but they are most often found in downtown Andover. Overall, great service, super tasty food, and well priced. I love them!

Was very intrigued by the big green truck and the line I usually see at the window… walked up one afternoon around 2:10 pm after seeing a Facebook post that they would be in a particular location until 2:30 pm and was told they’re folding up and to come back next time. I thought that was very poor customer service. I understand prepping to close something that is mobile may take a little longer but I wasn’t even asked what I thinking about having. If it were something easy to make, I would have thought they’d go out of their way to offer at least something for a late lunch. Finally caught up with them on another day, ordered the Grilled Shrimp & Avocado Salad. While waiting for it to be prepared, was told the avocado’s that were left weren’t ripe yet but that was OK by me, I like avocado’s but can do without. Chef offered more black beans and shrimp so I was OK with that. I somehow assumed the grilled shrimp would be hot since most salads I’ve had with seafood always seemed to be served with warm/hot seafood; however, the shrimp was cold. The salad was tasty but I would consider it a small portion(for $ 10.50 plus tax) since I was still somewhat hungry after I finished. I «might» consider trying it again but wouldn’t go out of my way.

What a fantastic addition to Andover! Having a food truck run by Andover natives(Andover High graduates) makes us feel like we’re living in a fancy city instead of the suburbs. Came here today for the butternut squash salad, and it was so good and so fresh-tasting. Their theme/cuisine is «all-American», so they serve lots of creative sandwich options. The truck is this army green color with an image of this blonde pinup girl sort of person. No pink sparkles here. Follow them on Facebook and you’ll get updates on their locations. From what I’ve gathered, they usually serve lunch downtown(on or close to Main Street), then go to Mass School of Law(in west Andover) for dinner. But check Facebook or their Twitter for exact times/locations. Prices are about $ 6 – 8 for lunch. The menu changes often and quickly, which is a good sign that food turnover is high. Love it… hope this food truck sticks around!
